Great Service – Can't say enough about the great service received from Amir and the guys at Hitech Marine Yallah! Nothing was too much trouble they picked the boat up, serviced and got it running like a charm. Thanks guys!

Disappointing service – Put my 8 m boat with a mercruiser in for a service at Wangara and first trip to Rotto we had a fuel leak into the bilge. on the delivery side of the pump so quite a substantial leak. This ruined our trip and stunk the boat out and we had to return early. Mentioned it to the owner when buying the part and no real compassion or acknowledgment! Going elsewhere sorry so dangerous and should of been picked up. I was told they would investigate and call back but not.

100/10 Honest, Reliable, Friendly and they don't spend your money if they don't need to – I got an absolute deal when I purchased my first big boat and was so happy that I didn't have to spend anything. couple months the repair bills started racking up and after about 6 months I had already spent tens of thousands to keep my boat running - Not being very technically minded I trusted everything the mechanic said, why would he lie? A friend then suggested to talk to Hitech Marine to get a second opinion, Which I did before spending another 5k with the current mechanic. I spoke to Tony who said to me "we'll cap whatever repairs or diagnostics we have to do at $500, we won't spend a cent over and we'll come back to you if we need to spend anything more or if we cant fault anything". They fixed and repairs it with under $300 and I got a call back withing half a day saying my boat was ready to collect! If only I knew about Hitech Marine Sooner I could have saved myself a whole lot of money and I actually could have enjoyed my time out on the water without thinking "what is this going to cost me next time"

When it comes to Mercury and especially Mercruiser engines they really do know what they're talking about and I won't go to anyone else. I even bring my sons small tinny and my small tender there now and wouldn't recommend another marine mechanic!

Fake OEM parts and cheap repairs – I have had an engine issue on a Mercruiser which needed full replacement of engine due to a riser failure. 2 years down the track the brand new engine is dead again. valves which have remained the same since built and were completely destroyed. Oil filter and few other parts were aftermarket and not mercruiser one. Disgusted to go to an approved mercruiser dealer and have this kind of job done

They just get the job done – Put my boat in for a 100 hr service, all costs and detailed listing of the work to be done was provided beforehand. Work was completed to a high standard complete with a photographic record of parts etc. Best service of any marine dealer that I have experienced and emulate what is provided at car dealerships. Will be back.

Not So Professional - HTM @ Wollongong – I cant say my experience with HiTech Marine in Wollongong was a great one. I bought a new engine package from them and my boat then needed some work to make it fit. some damage to it which was not restored or it would only be restored at my expense or just else just a cheap easy solution! I was also dissapointed with their knowledge and professionalism, as it would seem they just guessed their way thru some of the problems experienced and or just left it to me to decide what to do. Where is the years of experience and knowledge, they have no time to study and review a problem for the best solution.? And, some of the delays experienced could have been avoided if they managed their jobs better and finished jobs they started rather than taking on other jobs and letting the previous customer wait. (I fully appreciate time management by working on something else while there is a delay, but do not make the first customer wait indefinetely till the other job or should I say job's are completely done, revert back to the previous job and service the customer that was first in ASAP) I could go on, but these are the main problems experienced which I want other potential customers to be aware of.!
