I have ordered from them twice, and on both occasions, without any prior notice, communication, or valid explanation, they have cancelled my orders and completely failed to fulfill their obligations. This blatant disregard for customer service and contractual responsibility is not only frustrating but highly unprofessional.

The lack of transparency and failure to communicate or even inform me of any issues with my order is completely unacceptable. I have made attempts to reach out to their customer service, but there has been no response or effort to resolve the issue. This kind of behavior not only reflects poorly on their business practices but also suggests a pattern of dishonest and unethical conduct. Such actions are not only morally reprehensible, but they may also be in violation of consumer protection laws, which are designed to ensure businesses fulfill their obligations to customers.

Dishonest supplier! – Ordered a Nokia modem from this supplier but he actually delivered an older model which had known problems and when I told him and sent a photo he stopped replying to my correspondence completely. His eBay profile says he is in Melbourne but the registered company is in Canberra so difficult to get a claim on this item. Do not buy from this supplier.
