Absolute disaster of a machine from an unhelpful untrustworthy company – We have one of the HMS 200 tracked machines at work for cleaning under conveyors. Where do I start. In all honesty you're better off spending the money on a shovel and save yourself the $80+ thousand that this rorting place want this paperweight. It spends more time broken down than actually operating. Meaning our arms are looking like Popeye from all the shovelling we have to do. It's just poorly designed and built on the cheap. The hydraulics overheat due to the cooling system being poorly designed cooking the oil and burning the O rings consistently. It is gutless and wouldn't push the cream off a custard.

[Name Removed] the owner takes no responsibility whatsoever even during the short warranty period and is extremely rude as is [Name Removed], so if you buy one don't expect any warranty.

I can't recommend this to anyone. You're better off buying a [Content Removed] version for 1/10 of the price and 10X the reliability of this piece of junk! Sorry, I'm not one to leave bad reviews but sometimes things/companies are that bad there's no option.
