These shoes are very comfortable and supportive, and they felt great for walking at first. Unfortunately, the durability doesn’t match the price. Despite relatively light use (around 8 km of walking per week), the bottom tread gave way and the sole began to disintegrate within 6 months. Sections of the outsole detached, exposing the foam underneath, and the shoes no longer felt safe to wear.

Given the premium price, I expected them to last significantly longer. I raised this with HOKA, however it was deemed to be expected wear and tear, which was disappointing given the short timeframe and light usage. Comfortable shoes, but poor build quality, and I wouldn’t repurchase.
