Used to be good quality, now not – Sadly the quality of Holdson jigsaw puzzles has seriously deteriorated. The pieces are now made in very thin cardboard and they move around all the time as they don't lock together properly. Trying to move a few put together to position in place is a nightmare. I won't buy Holdson any more.
Disappointed puzzler – I bought the Old Time Rockers jigsaw puzzle. The concept of not knowing the picture is great however the puzzle pieces don’t lock together so when you try new pieces the pieces already in place fall apart. It’s very flimsy so you can’t roll it up in a puzzle mat.
Missing piece – I love your puzzles but was disappointed that there was a piece missing from the puzzle The Library when i got to the end
Poor quality – Holdson Jigsaws are the only brand of jigsaw that I now won’t buy. The pieces are so thin that they don’t interlock. Rolling the jigsaw up is not an option as when you unroll the jigsaw it is like starting again. Very frustrating. I have bought jigsaws for half the price of Holdson jigsaws and they are ten times the quality. Never again!
faked JUMBO jigsaw puzzles – I bought a "JUMBO 1000pc JVH The Holiday Fair" puzzle at the Games World shop in Glen Waverley, Australia. JVH is the artist Jan van Haasteren and The Holiday Fair the name of the picture. The name JUMBO is also printed on my receipt. However, instead of a good-quality JUMBO puzzle, I have received a counterfeit product that imitates/copies JUMO puzzles. The counterfeit puzzles is of bad quality, the pieces are about 1/3 thinner and don't lock-in properly. The company that produces these puzzles is Holdson (https://www.holdson.com). I already informed the shop "The Games World", where I bought the puzzle.
