VerifiedI have just added another garden light controller but I want to change the order of the 4 Scenes at the bottom of the app page. How do I change the order of the 4 Scenes Tabs?
Hi we have purchased and installed the RGB deck lights 2 months ago and have only received problems. Seemed to work well, then all of a sudden one light was a different colour. Customer service organised a replacement, sent wrong size, again waited till correct replacement size arrived. Over this weekend, 3 lights are different colour, tried resetting the system several times, even downloaded the app on a different phone, nothings working!
Is there any way to connect more lights to the controller above the 60W? Is there a way to add an external transformer or some way to add more capacity to the one controller?

Purchased white garden lights back in 2018 worked great until I one day turned off the lights at the power source, during winter. When I went to reconnect months later, the app suggested moving over to light 2017 app. Now I cannot connect the Bluetooth lights to my phone. Interestingly enough, if I leave the power on, I have discovered that one, sometimes two of the lights, randomly light up after a few days of leaving the power on. I have removed and reinstalled the app, numerous times, unplugged box for up to 30 minutes. Still nothing. Now considering getting someone who knows a little about this kind of stuff to come out and change the Holman Bluetooth box over to something that WILL work, because at the moment, i have nothing but a pointless set of non working lights built into my retaining wall.
Please fix your Bluetooth issues.
Hello Charlene, If you were using the old version of Holman Lights 2017, you would need to download the new app. Your transformer sounds like it would be form 2018? If so, you need the iGardener app. Please download the latest version of this and if you are still having issues, call us on 1300 716 188.

Hey there how do you do a hard reset on the Holman RGB controller Wi-Fi
I removed the Hollman bluetooth controler , kept , the 60 watt tranformer and bought a bunnings outdoor timer .
I found that the Hollman controllers were too unreliable and were over complatcated. I opened one of them up to find a PCB that was easily replaced by a $19 jarcar controller and a Bunnings Powerpoint timer
Can i add the pond lights as an extension of the deck lights if so do i just use a tee piece and does this tee piece have to stay dry

Most lights flash red can’t control with mobile Has been working for nearly 12 months just stopped now it flashes red and not all lights are flashing then came back on for 5 mins and back flashing red
Disconnect your device , place near router and sync again.

I purchased my warm white controller together with 6x 3W lights, and a 7W spotlight. Connected it to Bluetooth and set the times. All went well, turned on and off at the set times, then I woke up during the night and found the lights on. Since then the only way they will turn off is via the wall switch. Nowhere in the troubleshooting guide does it mention what to do if they won’t turn off!

I’m a landscaper and have installed 4 of these systems two I have no problem but the other two have issues with it working all good but then one deck light will be a different colour very next use so I’ve changed them out all good again then dosnt work It’s very frustrating as it’s costing me money and is a major job to try and pull out and replace can you please let me know my options
Hi Firstly can I say I love the product it has great functionality However when they are switched off the Leds still emit a very dim blue light

Yes, if you haven't bought the product, have a serious think about it. I'll give you my opinion about the product. It's way over priced, the control box is only a power supply that is mounted inside, good marketing. The lights don't throw any light and for what your paying you want wifi not Bluetooth. Your unable to use through Google or any other voice assistance. The cable configuration is rubbish, if you need to extend the small diameter cable you can't they only sell the main size cable extension. I returned mine. When I installed it and turned it on I was completely disappointed and thought what a complete rip off. I would look at the Brilliant set, you can mix the RGB and white so your able to have both. Don't get fooled by the Holeman controller it's only a power supply mounted inside. It's your call but it's complete rubbish waste of money. I can't be more honest.

Hello Ian, there is a blended white option available in the RGB lighting, other than this no, you cannot have both in the RGB system. Ours is a 3 piece system, controller ( with colour control and timer) main cable an lights. It is all plug an play, very simple to set-up and connect. (There is no 'smaller' cable available as we find customers will use this as main cable and experience voltage drop) and yes, the current system is a bluetooth system. Very simple elegant garden lighting, We are heading toward WIFI with full home automation integration in the very near future! Thank you, your Holman Team.
Hi, we had these deck lights put in and had them working on my phone app but now when I try to use them a yellow triangle alert icon comes up I read the trouble shooting piece, it said to hit the triangle for firmware update and it is doing nothing!

Nice product , however the advertising / imagery on product and website plus the lack of knowledge from staff in retail (bunnings) is quite confusing and very disappointing . in that All info leads you to believe that the 60W RGB Garden light controller enables you to choose colors and light intensity for different parts of the garden , IE one color for fish pond , one color for the up lights and another color for the back lighting . Completely wrong *** Be AWARE *** you need THREE controllers to achieve the nice lighting effect that is advertised . $$$$$$$$$ IF the controller had two separate outlets there could be two different colors BUT THERE IS ONLY O N E outlet so you only have ONE COLOR for the entire garden.

Thank you for your reply Holman Team However you reply does NOT answer the question . The review has NOTHING to do with mixing RGB system and White System ( this point is advised in the product info . The review CLEARLY questions info provided regarding controlling different colours within the RGB system and the NEED for multiple controllers to achieve what is advertised ((( THIS IS NOT clearly shown OR advised ))) It is also clear that if a Holman Team member does not get it or understand then there is obviously a PROBLEM . I suggest you read the review again run off and discuss with a technical support team member and then get back to me . While contemplate taking this further as your failure to understand or actually address this problem is quite damming in that not even a Holman employee understands an issue that is quite clearly outlined in a review. !!!!!!
can the controller work with 2 different iphones? so far i am unable to get a connection on the 2nd iphone
Hello Mike, the controller will lock to a single device only at one time.
I have 2 bluetooth enabled CLBW60 light 2018 controllers. Up till today they have been brilliant. Today I went to adjust the schedule/scene and the iGardener app tells me there is a firmware update for both controllers.
When I try and do the update, it gets to about 20% and then fails with update failed [203] error.
Things I have tried include: 1. Turn off each controller 2. Turn on only one controller 3. Try and update it – fails 4. Delete the igardener app and reinstall. Fails Please help…
The firmware version in each controller is 8.

I have the colour RGB lights bought before Xmas at Bunnings South Nowra . The Bluetooth controller is I am afraid useless. It keeps locking out and no lights come on. The Bluetooth will not connect. Have to repeatedly turn off and on in the hope it will work. Tonight I have given up.

Only way I can get it to work again is to switch on with lights disconnected and then reconnect
