Excellent exercise machine – Cannot say enough good things about it , great work out excellent mp3 docking, gets me nice hot n sweaty my fitness has improved massively . Not sure where previous reviewers got there lower back pain issue from.... sounds like they just didn't want to work out so blamed the machine .......tut tut or possibly lack of back bone

Poor ergonomic design - disappointing – This is a well-made machine and works smoothly and silently, so is great in that respect. But in my opinion it has a very poor ergonomic design. To use it, you need to lean forward slightly, which puts pretty intense pressure on your lower back and results in lower back pain. My husband and I were both unable to use the machine due to the back pain it caused us (and we are both frequent elliptical users and have not had this problem with other models). We ended up having to sell it soon after purchase, which was disappointing after having paid so much. I'd recommend avoiding this model.
