rang up to complain, I had specifically bought their rain gauge because it came packaged in the beautiful box, as this was supposed to be part of a Christmas gift for my mum. She (customer service) refused to apologise for the error, instead her attitude was 'so what?', and she actually had the nerve to state "no one else has complained so I don't see what the problem is." How very rude.

I wish I'd read these negative reviews before buying from Horsely (I suspect the positive ones may be fake) as the customer service is appalling. If the item had costed much more I would be lodging a complaint with the ACCC, because despite what their rude female customer service representative seems to believe, sending customers different looking, different branded products is wrong.

Seriously poor lack of understanding of what service us – Bought a heap of fencing gear and I now know why it was at lower prices than other sellers. Simply rubbish. Galvanized items rusted within no time, cheap metal, poorly made and doesn’t stand up to (quiet) sheep at all. respond to questions, even as a returning customer and if you leave anything other than positive back feedback they just block you…… Quite pathetic and demonstrates their complete contempt for customers. Shop elsewhere, you’ll be much better off.

This company is truely amazing – Had a few questions about the electrical fencing, spoke to a very lovely and patient lady who took my through everything. They saved me a lot of money by stoping me from buying things I didn’t need

DO NOT BUY - you think you are buying new products and they send you second hand – If I could give no stars I would. I bought a solar unit to electrify a fence for livestock. Paid $175. The item they sent was second hand as it had a sticker on it with "repair" and then the repair number. Not only that they had a charger in the box that didnt fit the unit. did not sell second hand items....we may have received a second hand item but they do not sell second hand items. She claimed she had only been there a few weeks and was laughing hysterically at me...I could also hear another person in the background laughing. This is apaulling service, I have no outcome to this and I cannot afford to pay for another unit. I have horses pushing through boundary fences at the moment as the weather has been so bad and the ground so wet the fences are moving. I need to get them off the fences asap.
