Hotwire has made such a huge difference to our bathroom. No longer are we struggling through Melbourne winter with cold tiles and towels which just wouldn't dry. It was worth the investment when we did our bathroom and Hotwire made the whole process simple.

Superb customer support – We had underfloor heating installed as part of renovations. We had some problems setting up the schedule. Spoke with service staff on Christmas Eve and they helped us get it sorted. They followed up with us every 90-minutes until we could confirm the system was working. Superb customer service

worked well for 5 years and counting – I had a 1000W hotwire system installed as part of a bathroom reno 5 years ago. Up until today its worked well and warmed up the bathroom without a big dent in the power bill. when I switched it on this morning the touchscreen didn’t seem to be working so I called the 1800 number and was pleasantly surprised to be offered a new thermostat free of charge! It has been posted today so hopefully this fixes the issue. Super impressed by the customer service, would recommend 100%

Edit to update from 4 stars to 5. The new thermostat was delivered by courier less than 24 hours after I called them (and I’m regional!) and was installed by my electrician. It works like new and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10

Short and sweet - underfloor heating a questionable investment – The product failed within the first 12 months of installation and the companies offer to check if it was covered under warranty were hollow; it would be up to their discretion on what the fault might be and $1000 fee just to check, plus potential for drilling through flooring (screed and laminate) to check status of wire.
