Don't get sucked in! – My first few deliveries were fine until I decided to sign up for a subscription. That's when the problems started. was due to renew, despite the fact that I had already canceled it. They then took money from my account. I have written several emails to them but they keep bouncing back to me saying undeliverable. I just want my money back. I've taken my business elsewhere.
Give them a miss – Have been a customer for a long time, as the product is OK. However, almost every single order has issues. Custoner service is appallingly slow and they constantly run out of stock, though you would think with subscription orders they should be able to plan ahead. wasn’t until last week (in october) that I received a shipping notification about my toilet rolls. Being super confused I thought, maybe I didn’t cancel my subscription properly, so I checked and nope, I’m no longer subscribed. Then I thought wait a minute, did I even receive my refund.. so looked back and nope nothing! So I emailed them letting them know my refund was never received and is it possible they have sent me a box now instead of the refund because no money had been taken from my account for this latest box. No response. So now my assumption is they couldn’t afford to refund me and they’ve just sent me the box. Which is the only reason I noticed I didn’t receive my refund. Because life gets busy and things get forgotten. So luckily they are at least honest. Just terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company at all.
Poor quality and no way to contact them – I have been buying boxes of toilet paper from How We Roll for a while and have always found it to be a superlative product. ever buy from them again and would also encourage others to consider what I have said, and from their own opinion. They have stated they cannot find an Order under my identifiying details even though I have provided them with the receipt for the product. As for me I will continue to try to get my funds back.
Never received order or response to emails – My partner placed an order 5 weeks ago and can see on shopify that it has not been dispatched for delivery. We’ve tried calling, submitting multiple requests via their website contact form, and messaged on their social media profiles but have not received any response. totally non-existent.
Been a few months now and I am STILL waiting for half of my order to arrive.
To make things worse- Toilet paper in this latest order has a Strong Unpleasant chemical odour that was just revolting when I had to blow my nose into it.
Needless to say - after this ordeal I have cancelled my subscription and will never ever return. Something has gone horribly wrong with this company, beware!!
Great products, shame about the customer service – The products themselves are great but ditto the above - appalling customer service. The phone number goes straight to an answering machine and customer 'support' don't bother replying to your messages. Whenever I go to do an order there never seems to be any stock and it can be weeks before any comes back in - we're wholesale customers and we can't wait 6 weeks to buy loo roll! DONT BOTHER – Placed an order on the 19th November, it is now the 28th December and I have still not received products. Customer service is non existent and just make petty excuses. Their depot is approximately 2.5 hours drive from my residence. Yet it has almost topped 1 thousand hours since I placed my order Not a happy customer!
