I know you posted this a long time ago, but I was reading ' we found so many viruses...'
Did you find out how it got there as a new laptop? I've never heard of it.

We believe it was all the apps that came with the laptop. Once we formatted the whole laptop and just install Windows and other important applications, it was fine.
