Took forever to receive the boots.. Ordered 23/02 received 03/04 I ordered 2 and only received 1. Big shipping price. 0 email replies back…. No customer service Wouldn’t recommend this company …… I’m glad I bought them on sale

family farm and have bought 4 pairs of gumboots (because why not have them in every colour!) They are great quality and have been put through their paces with all the muddy puddles, fruit picking and bush walks!

The customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and eager to help. It’s clear that the new management values their customers and strives to make everything pleasant and satisfying.

Overall, I am delighted with my experience and will definitely be a returning customer. Kudos to the new ownership for making such positive changes. Highly recommended!

Scam, take your money don't respond to emails – Ordered a pair of toddler sandals. Took over 8 weeks to be delivered, and that's paying for express post. By the time I got them my toddler had already gone up a size so the sandals were useless. They then ignored all emails to discuss the matter. This business is shoddy and a scam. Do not buy from here. They should go bankrupt.

No order received – Ordered months ago and have sent multiple emails to not avail. Today I finally placed a chargeback with my bank. To the person that said we must be kind - why? This business has taken our money for months and has never sent order communication. Where is the kindness from them?

WORST COMPANY EVER – Bought from H+D without reading the reviews. Gave her the benefit of the doubt anyway. Never received order, was lied to multiple times about it arriving and in the end had to ask my bank to retrieve my money back. AWFUL business, TERRIBLE customer service and you won’t receive what you paid for.

Will be shopping with H+D again! – I highly highly recommend H+D!!! They have the cutest gum boots and clothing options and everything is such high quality too! My order also came so quickly which was amazing ☺️☺️☺️

I’m happy I bought from them AGAIN – This is the second time ordering from H&D, I have to say the first time experience wasn’t so great. I still decided to take another chance a year later because I do LOVE their boots and their exclusive colors. I’m so glad I did, because they didn’t fail me. Their shipping was really fast and I ordered international! I received my rain boots and quality did NOT fail me! Will be ordering for my oldest now.

New ownership great customer service and fast shipping! – Since the new owner took over this year the customer service has been so prompt and professional and I received my order within 2 days! I have always loved this brand and am so happy that it has been brought back to life!

Quick postage and Great customer service – Under new ownership now. Ordered a pair of gumboots, they accidently sent the wrong colour. Emailed and was responded to the same day, and they sent out the correct colour straight away. A they even told me to keep the other ones.

The latest automatic reply states that H&D will be changing owners, and that all should be shipped well before Xmas but I feel the name has been sullied well and truly now and this should have been sorted long ago. Incredibly disappointed and would like to know if anyone has or can we take this further?

I will always support H&D – I absolutely love H&Ds gumboots and jellies for my kids. Its so sad to see them going through a rough time at the moment during these unstable financial times. After being a loyal customer, I know H&D will fulfil there backlog in due time and I will await my order. Do not buy from them scammer – Ordered gumboots 9th may. Haven’t received tracking details. Sent multiple emails. Does not reply. She Turned off comments on Instagram posts. She doesn’t reply to any comments on Instagram. Awful customer service. Will never buy from her again. She has a sale now so more people buy from her. Please stay away from her and recall your money through the bank and report her. Scam

Terrible service – They don't get back to you for weeks or at all. Order eventually arrived at least 6 weeks late. Cute products but horrible service. If you purchase, make sure you don't need the products for a while.

Very bad customer service – I ordered a item click and collect only to find out they were closing there shop on instagram. I reached out to the owner who kindly offerer to ship. A few weeks went by and nothing. Sent multiple emails no reply. Left a comment on there instagram and said they would get back to me that day, they didn't. Proceeded to send more emails and comments . Eventually got a reply to say they had no stock and would refund me. What a joke.

Adore this brand – I love the jelly sandals and Moccasins. I purchased the jelly sandals for my toddler and the moccasins for my 1-year-old. They live in them. Great quality and really beautiful. I get comments wherever we go.

Apparently she then sent me a replacement pair 5 weeks ago but hasn’t sent tracking despite 4x follow ups asking for this, so we shall see if this appears. Either way it’s been 4 months waiting for a resolution for faulty product which is not acceptable.

Does not deserve any star.. only had to to write a review – Ordered a pair of shoes for a bday gift. No despatch email or shipping updates. Does not return emails or messages on Instagram. But continuously able to post Instagram stories and photos for more sales. whatever the reason for the delay the customer should be notified. Not ghost them after taking their money! Scam! don’t get suck into buying pretty or sale items from this business cause you won’t receive it.

Terrible dispatch times – Three weeks since I purchased two pairs of shoes and they still havent been dispatched. She doesnt reply to emails or dm’s, you have to publicly comment on her posts to get any sort of response. Don’t purchase from this store.

The owner is a bad person – After she has taken your money you won’t have any communication or your order! She ignores you. And doesn’t send your items. Who does that! Then posts a sob Story about being a single mum and a business owner yet continue to takes peoples money and not fulfill orders.

Tights and socks – 4 years ago I purchased some gorgeous socks for my son, now that we are having a daughter I couldn’t wait to buy some more to add to our collection! They are such a quality make, they wash fantastically and still look new! Truly one of a kind.

Terrible make – Love the sandals but same review as others. The feed into the buckle is WAY TOO SHORT, the size for my daughter is correct but the thread is a joke. Don’t waste you money on this faulty product!

Jelly Sandals - Poor design – Bought some sandals for my daughter. Lovely colour, but the band that feeds into the buckle is waaaay too short and can only just get them done up on the last hole. And her ankles are on the scrawny side. Shame as there is more than a cm of room at the toes
