quality. Initially, we loved this bottle and were very happy with it. Unfortunately, after about nine months of use, the base began working intermittently. I contacted the company right away. They first requested a video demonstrating the issue, which I provided. I then received an email stating they would replace the base and asking for my mailing address. After I provided the address, they repeatedly asked for additional videos and photos, all of which I sent. Despite this, the company retracted the replacement offer and continued to request more “proof,” ultimately not honoring what they had initially committed to. Because of this experience, I do not recommend purchasing from this company. That said, I want to be fair and note that I truly loved the water bottle while it worked; the product itself was great until the issue arose. The problem was how the warranty/support process was handled afterward.

I have purchased a third bottle from these guys, to try to be I’ve this supposedly Australian business a chance, but the products are usually faulty, they give me the runaround when I try to return it (“oh, send us another video… from a different angle”) and don’t pay for return postage, which is in breach of Fair Trading legislation in Australia.… Read more

My “replacement” base randomly switches on and off, after about a week. It’s the same rubbish bottle that you will find (for a quarter of the price) on Temu. Save your money and the angst. Don’t support this scam of a company and buy elsewhere.

and it took weeks of emails back and forth to finally get them to send the second unit. Meanwhile, I kept trying the first unit, as the leaflet said the bubbles may increase after a few days. I did this for 3 weeks, but still no bubbles. I requested details of the warranty, but receive no reply, despite many requests. I sent pictures, and all the relevant information but still no reply. Eventually, I received an email stating the warranty was 30 days and the 30 days had expired. I replied stating I had paid for an extended warranty. Still no reply to my email, only a reiteration that the warranty had expired. All emails come from different sender names, most likely just AI generated. Total frustration with this company. Be warned!!!!

Would like to see a pic of their filters inside their shower filters.It only has reviews from professionals, they could be paid to give their reviews. Please show the filters like everyone else does. I paid $165.00, wheras other similar ones are really good buys at $89 to $99, they also show the filter contents. Show details

I have received no order confirmation and product after placing an order online more than a week ago. I emailed and left them message on Facebook but no response. No phone number can be found in their website. I am going thru the refund process with PayPal. Good luck to me.

Bottle leaks. They sent a replacement still leaks. I've been using it for 14 months and every time I tip the bottle to drink it leaks all over my shoes. $175 for this garbage. Now I read that they don't actually make any noticeable hydrogen. Scumbags. Show details

After having some minor problems with the base of my water bottles, I have to say the customer service was amazing. Reply was quick and replacements offered straight away. A big shout out to Victoria who went above and beyond, to make the experience a very positive one. I couldn’t be happier. Show details

Hydrogen bottle – I’ll make this short. I’ve needed my bottle base replaced 3 times now, I just received the 4th base and it’s already having its issues. I’ve had no problem tying to resolve the issue but the issue is their product. They won’t refund me because I don’t have the original boxing???? Realistically who keeps something like that. I think after this many replacements it would be okay to package carefully and send back. What a joke of a product Show details

Fake product – Tested the water bottle with a h2 blue tester. There is no hydrogen in the water. Total [Content Removed]. Even the build quality of the bottle is poor. Communication is close to non-existent. If you've bought one, dispute the transaction from your bank to get your money back! Show details

This product not working – I have received the bottle 6/5/2024 I had already own the H2blue tester drops, and I test the water after I start the process, I apply one drop and the water stays blue. I contact the company about the problem and they said the H2blue is not accurate. I escalate with PayPal and I received refund. The H2blue is the only way to test the water bottle… Read more

if working. On 5500ppb you need to apply approximately 55 drops to start getting blue not 1 or 10 or even 30 around 50 drops the water must stay clear. Any other results show the bottle is fake. They send me to review the product, I did with one star and not showing on they reviews.

The product leaflet enclosed with the physical bottle said the ppb 'was up to 2000ppb' not disclosing the actually ppb. It could be 20ppb, who knows.

I paid AUD$175, a premium price, for the high ppb.

I wrote to them via their online contact form to explain my concerns on Monday May 13th 2024. They do not offer phone contact. Today is Friday 17th May and I have not been contacted by Hydrogen Health.

Misleading advertising and poor customer service.

Update: 20 June 2024 - I received a full refund via PayPal disputes. Hydrogen Health have never contacted me this dispute. Appalling customer service

hydrogen component stopped working.

Contacted support, had to follow up and they finally got back to me a few weeks later. A few back and forth emails (asked fir videos with it plugged into charge and to click button etc) they mentioned it looks like the part of faulty and would need to resend a new replacement. Then radio silence and followed up 2 times to the email chain and still nothing.

Avoid these guys, clearly just trying to make a quick buck with no support. Checked also on the Shop app on these guys and many others also having the same issues.
