Brilliant machine, perfect price! – This machine has performed for me on a regular basis wothout fault. The track mounted option gives it the ability to continue to work through the winter without comprimising performance. The hydraulic system and engine are top notch and have not failed to date! Excellent machine!

great machine – We brought this machine to do the smaller jobs that a larger machine couldn't get to, we have had no problems and has completed what we needed it for and some very happy with our purchase and great price .

great for the price – Great little machine for the price , had mine for 3 years has not missed a beat. Carry's the weight no problem , skinny to get into tight places and the tub lift is great.

Poor customer service and machinery service – The boss brought the small 380 for all the smaller jobs which was performing quite well then I took it in for it's first service, it all went wrong from there, the first service was to be FREE but was told to pay $350.00, not bad for a first free service but things got worse, after telling the sales rep I would pay cash on pick up he wanted it… Read more

paid by credit card not having one I arranged a direct bank transfer which he agreed to I did and faxed him a copy of the banks receipt, not good enough for him he then wanted me to pay cash or would not release the machine this was after the first service took 4 days too do, things became heated and my boss got involved he gave the sales person the same lecture that I had done prior and a little bit more, so the machine sat there idle for the weekend and we hired a replacement which I think my boss will forward thru to the company, not the end to the saga, picked the machine up the next week took it to it's first job off loaded it and started to work it but had trouble moving it forwards and backwards, stopped the machine and noticed a chain on the road walked around the site and found a second one, not bad for a machine that had the chains tightened during it's first service. This has not finished yet.

It's a good machine – I bought a HYSOON HY380 some time ago , it already 585 Hours . It has a good price, it's a good choice if don't have much money . it works well for my landscape work .

Not a bad machine – Iv had my hy380 since 2010 been faultless apart from wiring that iv replaced and chains that drive wheels it has been a great little machine I have since upgraded engine to Honda as Briggs and Stratton blew up like anything cheap keep service up to it grease everything constantly my line of work is very hard on machine and its performed well I'm happy with it Cheers

Good value for money – I have had a HY380 for 18 months and done 160 hours. No problem with anything except the cheap wiring. Ince that was replaced its been great. Regular maintenance like anything will prevent any major problems.

Hysoon oil pump blew, bearings blew out, could'nt get parts – Purchased a Hysoon HY380 mini loader some time ago. Mainly because it was cheap. Was the worst thing I ever did. First, the cheap Chinese bearings gave out, wheel bearing, then the oil pump bearing. Normally wouldn't be a problem, BUT, I couldn't get a bearing to fit anywhere in Perth, or Australia for that matter. Had not choice but to wait along… Read more

time for Hysoon to send another one. Which also failed after 20 hours.

Not long after this at 50 hours, the internals of the oil pump gave way then I was up for a new one of those. THen the hydraulic ram gave out. Now for some reason the machine steers badly to the left and if I push the controls right forward it stalls the engine out. Never again! Its just non stop problems. Wish I had have spent some money on a better machine.
