Hysoon Mini Loader HY380 Questions & Answers
We have a mini hy380. We had a hub seal go bad. And trying to find the right seal is not working. Can someone please help?
Hi everyone, Is there any other outlet to get Hysoon parts other than Victoria. The agent there is so slack i'm constantly waiting for responses and I need a new hydraulic drive motor and chain link urgently. I've sent details, pictures, texts, emails and made phone calls.... This unit I purchased "new" at auction 18 months ago without warranty... 250 hours of good use and continuous preventative maintenance has, until now, meant good service. (Apart from replacing wiring and cheap ignition.) Now reality hits home where difficulty with parts becomes an issue. Biggest worry is I now have 3 Hysoon 380's - 1 X tracked and 2 X wheeled and worrying all three will end up as garden art!! Anyone with alternate purchase locations or if there's a secret Perth agency.... info much appreciated. Thanks heaps.
I do some Parts to help people out as the new hysoon salesmen is only about that selling new equipment so that whole buisness will fail . I have an exchange wheel motor and chain links available.
Hi, thanks for the response and sorry I didn't see it sooner! How much are you selling the recon motor and links for please? (updated eta from China 12 weeks!!) Unfortunately I've gone down the path of hoping and praying that a unit I have just purchased from China direct is the same unit I need.... I don't have a good feeling about that but desperation sometimes causes a lack of caution! Just as infuriating is that I haven't been able to find a supplier of seal kits, as I only need a couple of O rings by the look of it. Do you, by chance, have any seals or some info on where to purchase? Hysoon dude in Vic says they don't have kits and no information!!?
I can send pics of problem items if you can help, and I would be eternally grateful, to say the least!!
Thanks again, BE Hire for your response, Cheers!
Update 12/02/21: Drawings from INI W.A. appear to show this unit as a variation of the INM05, with D40 case. Will provide further info as/if/when it comes to hand.
I'm thinking about buying one but after hearing the issues I do have a few concerns now
Hi Mick I bought a new unit in 2016 and 4 years on it is Still going strong I have had nothing more than a few o rings Fail, My machine is hired out and cops a lot of abuse, regular preventative maintenance is the key to a reliable long lasting machine. If you can afford 3 times the price Buy a new Dingo But don't think they don't have problems, Good luck!!
