What awesome customer service, price and product – We have bought a new security camera system for our home. We wanted the best quality and looked around a few suppliers. There is not much difference in the pricing but what made us choose iCam was they offered to beat other prices, they were immediate in their response, very polite and engaging and I was bowled over by their customer service. It was so refreshing and so easy to go with them. Even if they were a little dearer I would have still chosen them as this service must be encouraged. We loved the product so much, we had a spare channel on the NVR recorder so I paid for another camera on Wed afternoon and it arrived next morning before 9 am.
