Rubbish, Don't use them – Technician did faulty job on ipad and they wont cover the repair.. Bad service, dogie technicians causes more issues then it's worth.. Spend more and get it done right the first time.. Avoid at all cost..
Customer beware – #igeektek I’ll never use ur services, share or continue to bat for you. Why? If you make the choice to use I geektek your iPhone is withdrawn from warranty by Apple. They won’t touch it. This is fine if you know but you don’t know what until there is a break in the phone or you’ve kept their techs hanging around to read tncs. After the above issue with, I continued to use them because of good customer service by the techs ... five devices fixed in three months.
Screen break today left the camera broken and “customer service”are saying that no one will look at it without payment. Screen was broken so no way of testing camera before or after. Had I Held up the ticket my place till I lighted loaded iOS I could’ve tested it and she would’ve fixed it. Instead I let them go thinking that would be the right thing to do so now it’s a callout and a callout fee, and my fault!!!!!
TNCs all perfectly fine but not when they’re using it as an excuse.
Screen fix today due to break. Camera couldn’t be tested ... as iOS wasn’t loaded. They want to charge for fixing. I’ve paid for five device fixes since December 30. I have 7 kids who use them, Shared every Facebook post printed them. Now I’m walking.
