So not buy from this company. The sauna we own was recalled. We did not get contacted and they do not answer emails. We have got them on the phone multiple times to be told we would be called back etc etc All lies
Be careful. The previous company went into receivership and reportedly owed millions of dollars to customers. I personally lost $7,000 after placing an order in September 2025. They now appear to have started another company. Please be warned.
The sauna quality was good however the customer support was very poor. We had questions regarding the electrical setup and although we sent numerous emails and left many messages no one replied to us

deposit, scheduling delivery, and then the delivery, installation and demonstration of how to use the sauna. Having delivery, install and taking away of the product boxes/packaging included for free, is a big difference to the vast majority of sauna suppliers. Product quality appears excellent so far and we’re really happy with it.

I found was Found Space. They called me after filling in the contact form and were extremely helpful. No pressure or overselling. In fact their suggestion was to get the one I ended up buying. I bought the 3 seat Lite model which with the Christmas special was under $5,000. I received a very nice welcome gift of a gym bag, 2 insulated water bottles (very nice!) and 2 beautiful large towels, and what made me choose this company was the included delivery AND installation. I probably wouldn’t have bought it otherwise. I decided to just get the far infrared. The full spectrum took more electricity which was also a major consideration that it wouldn’t cost a lot to run on a daily basis. It would have cost another $2500 to get the full spectrum. For my budget, wanting to stay under $5,000 so I went with the Lite model. If I had more money I would have bought the full spectrum but for my first sauna I think I made the right choice. Since installation I have used it 3-4 times a week and find it definitely detoxes you. As an example, my friend, who has had at times severe pain since getting the 2 vaccinations (didn’t get the boosters), she has used it 3 times a week and the first time she used it she only did 50C to start off for 30 minutes. When she went home she wrote me saying she was PAIN FREE for 2 hours for the first time since having the vaccine! Wow. After each sauna the results increased. She didn’t have to take strong pain killers the next day until the late afternoon instead of first thing in the morning. That was another amazing confirmation that the sauna does something to heal and restore and detox, depending on what your body is experiencing. Soon after I received the sauna and it was set up, my father passed away. I got so stressed from more trauma, my body crashed I was really sick. I went on a 10 day Master lemonade cleanse (Stanley Burroughs) and on the 2nd day I thought I’ll go ahead and have a sauna, thinking I’d speed up the detox. Yeah, it worked but too much! My head hurt and I felt so bad I got up and within 10 seconds of walking to the bathroom I violently threw up all the fluids I had in my body, the detox was a little TOO much. So I refrained from having another sauna until I was off the cleanse. The first 3 days are the worst (of the cleanse) so perhaps if I’d waited until the 4th or 5th day I would have not thrown up. But all that to say, this sauna WILL detox you definitely even at 50C. I have increased to 60C just to sweat more but it’s a personal preference. This sauna goes up to 70C. We read that infrared saunas at 140F/76C can kill the spike proteins from the vaccine. I would think 70C would also work. Heat is very well contained in the sauna. My bedroom temperature remained the same regardless of temperature Inside the sauna. Heat loss is fast opening the door, or turning the thermostat off, about 1 degree a minute, so faster than the sauna I tried at a shop (tried one before buying) which took 30 minutes to reduce from 70-59C so around 1 degree every 3 minutes but that would have been a more expensive model. I’m very happy. I’m sure the more expensive models are very nice but as the recommendation to me was, get what you can afford, and this model has the same heaters as the premium model. So I’m getting the same heat and same results just not full spectrum. I’m impressed with my friend’s results who has serious injuries. So we have put it to the test! I’ve also influenced two friends now to buy a sauna now that I have one, one friend in Florida and my nurse friend here in my town. So do yourself a favour and maybe help a friend at the same time and buy a sauna from found space! Highly recommended! Great experience. Very friendly. helpful, concerned, and great after sales service as well when needed. I also live in the country and all cost was included in sale price, delivery, installation, no extra charges, so very happy!

Installation was on time, efficient and a breeze.
My Infrared sauna is a dream, I couldn’t imagine my life without it. It’s a quality product with the delicious smell of cedar. It heats up quickly and efficiently and takes me to a place of peace, relaxation and nurturing.
My only criticism, if you could call it that, is that I would have liked a little more info on various settings for different conditions such as cardiovascular, arthritis, inflammation etc etc.
I can highly recommend Found Space, in fact I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a sauna. Congratulations to the team who are clearly lead by a fabulous management.

watermarks inside. I contacted Found Space with the details and photos, and have asked if the affected sauna panels can be replaced. I can no longer benefit from the sauna as it has now become a health hazard to use due to the rotted wood.
Found Space responded to my initial email, saying that this was terrible. But after requesting assistance with replacing the panels or sauna, they have now stopped communication with me. Having purchased the sauna less than a year ago, and spending $5000 on their product which I can no longer use, I would expect much better service and support from this company.
Update 7.1.23: Found-Space have since been very helpful to rectify the issue. Their installer was especially helpful after coming out to inspect the sauna. I once again highly recommend their products and service and would not hesitate to make another purchase in the future.

The install team turned up on time when they said they were going to and worked fast and efficient during the install. They were very friendly and showed us how to work the sauna once the install was completed. They knew the sauna inside out. They did a fantastic job and truly complemented the already fantastic service we had received from the Found Space team.
The sauna itself is absolutely awesome. It's big, feels solid and is made of beautiful timber. The shingles on the roof look nice and keep the water out 100%. Our sauna does not leak at all. It stays 100% dry inside even when its pouring down. It's been very wet since we have had the sauna and not one drop of rain has run inside.
When you are sitting inside it feels like it is a quality product, the door shuts properly and it has a nice wood smell, the speakers sound good and are not tinny and scratchy. As far as heat goes it has more than enough heating capacity to turn you into a puddle of sweat. Heating up to 60 deg from off only takes 10 minutes (Queensland) and it holds its heat well. The heaters are not turning on and off every 30 seconds just to keep it at the desired temperature.
All and all you get what you pay for and we are very glad we went with Found Space and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a sauna. This is a quality product from a quality company and we thank them for their friendly and helpful service.

Absolute joke, delayed delivery of sauna citing issues with shipping and then went into insolvency. Yet the CEO has already in 2026 created another website spouting his books and podcast. Our $6K deposit is apparently down the drain. I don’t know how he sleeps at night.
I made a 40% deposit for the Marrken out door Sauna in November 2025, it is now February and I can't reach anyone at found space sauna.I think they have taken my money and run.Ive tried multiple times to contact sence late December through emails and phone calls, no response.
While the sauna worked okay the service has been atrocious. We wanted the sauna moving but they couldn't be bothered to even provide details of someone to do it. Really Enjoying Sauna – We used Found-Space to purchase a 3 person infra red sauna. The sales part of the transaction was very good, then the delivery and installation also was very good. No problems at all with any part of the overall sales and installation. The local technical side of installation was quick and professional. Can’t believe I didn’t get one sooner! – After having chronic neck pain and resultant insomnia for over two decades I thought I had exhausted all options in terms of finding any help. And then I was recommended Found Space Saunas. I honestly can’t believe how much their infrared sauna has helped! Found-Space outdoor infrared barrel – I am really enjoying the experience of the infrared outdoor barrel. Already feeling calmer and the sensation of smooth clean skin. The barrel has been placed near the swimming pool so I love the ability to swim in the refreshing pool after a great toxic declutter from the sauna.
