14th Sept and it was in my letterbox on the 17th - absolutely extraordinary in these current times. I'm still waiting for stuff I ordered at the end of August - from closer! I was also amazed when a query I emailed on Saturday evening (and didn't expect an answer to until mid week) was replied to within hours.
