Bad design. Don't buy – Bad design internally. Looks great from outside but the plastic screws holding the drawers inside are very weak. They fall off after a few months and fixing it again is near impossible. Don't waste money buying this.

waste of money – Screws fall out as wood wears away and is impossible to fix. Bought 3 of them just over a year ago and two have broken in the last month. Contacted ikea and they said they won't refund if it's over a year old.

The screws fall off, terible product quality – I bought my first one last year, I was thrilled by the design and price. I am a professional single male so I bought this to store my formal shoes. However, the screws on the door that holds the plastic hinge fell off, I tried every trick I possibly could must have spent more money on glue than the price of the product. It was frustrating so I… Read more

threw it out. I bought my second one this year, by the year end the same happened with this one as well. Despite of its cheap make I am surprised IKEA continues to sell this prouduct.

I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I can't be buying a new one each year, wonder where was this made, probably China.

Modify your Bissa shoe cabinet – Assembly of the cabinet was easy and it is really useful . If it is assembled carefully without power tools and a big hammer,it should not break. There is enough space above the fold-out shelves to glue a shelf above each one, which will hold sandals and slippers. This increases the capacity by 50% . Perhaps I should tell IKEA !

don't buy it unless you're a handyman and willing to fix it – This shoe cabinet is both bad design and bad, cheap manufacturing. In this case you really get what you pay for. We bought two because liked the streamlined look and of course the cheap price. Putting them together was okay. The first fell apart straight after assembly when I put a couple of shoes in, the second one two days later. The little… Read more

plastic thingies which hold the plastic fold-out shelves brake too easily. My husband fix it after the two attempts, I think he put some dowel pieces in with strong glue. Fingers crossed, they're still in after a few days, mind you, we are very gentle with it when opening and closing! streamlined look, inexpensive the plastic screw bit which supports the fold-out shelf got loose/broke/fell out

Great shoe cabinet to have next to the entrance door! – We bought this few months ago. We store shoes that we wear often during the week and also put the phone and keys on top of the cabinet. I can only put 4 stars because one day my toddler tried to take his shoes from the cabinet and he pulled so hard (put his weight on?) that the entire cabinet fell! Luckily he was on the side, so he did not hurt… Read more

himself. design, inexpensive, convenient you need to attach the cabinet to the wall if you have toddlers

Cheap and simple but with some flaws – A set of screws is inappropriate. Those provided to screw the drawers into the structure are not long enough to give a good grip so they easily come off. Also the drawers sliding mechanism isn't that smooth, which is kind of understandable because is entirely made of plastic. Anyway this shoe cabinet can easily fit 8 pair of shoes, is quite… Read more

solid and is ok to look at, being very cheap it's a good quality-cost trade off. cheap, good shoes capacity, simple design problem with the screws length
