Ikea Flundra Dish Drainer
Verified3 reviews
Cute and sleek – very useful, made from high-quality materials, this dish drainer is built to last. The plastic components are sturdy and easy to clean, ensuring long-term use without significant wear and tear. Its compact size is perfect for small kitchens or limited counter space. Despite its size, it holds a surprising number of dishes.
drains the dishes, costs next to nothing, does not rust – I have had this dish rack for a year or two and it works as expected. Most of the washing up goes into the dishwasher so it does not need to be too large. Its a great improvement over the previous two dish drainers, which both rusted in a short time despite being more than 10 times the cost.
I hate the Flundra Dish Drainer – Let me count the ways: 1. the plate slots aren't deep enough to hold the plates upright. 2. It's tiny. 3. The cup/glass holders are flimsy, they won't hold anything larger than a juice glass without it falling off. 3. the utensil holder is so short that anything longer than a fork might fall right out. 4. Did I mention it's tiny? When you see the words "Space Efficient", it means 'tiny'. Inexpensive. See above. Flimsy. Inefficient. Poor design to fit real dishes and silverware.
