Illume Learning

Unethical and unprofessional - solely focused on making money – Illume learning is not genuinely interested in supporting their clients, they have exhibited behaviour that would be considered unethical and unprofessional. Details of my incident: -Purchased a ticket to their workshop in Brisbane; -My employers required a refund as we were sending 2 staff then would process again for full amount; -Illume Learning refused, said they would keep 50% of ticket price, then decided to just keep $50. It's always important to choose an educational consultant who has a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to helping their clients succeed.
