Incredible Service – Absolutely amazing service and stunning photos captured of our family, the staff were so friendly and the whole experience from the first conversation on the phone was excellent, will be going back for more photos in the future! Awesome job team!

Truly A Business That Cares – Image Portrait Studio were amazing, they are a studio that really took the time to capture what was important to my family, it was a lot of fun, the photographer and staff made us feel really comfortable and we had such a great time. We have the most beautiful photos and we absolutely love them, couldn't be happier, highly recommend!

Beautiful photos – Excellent photographer lots of patience dealing with children and animals together. Allowed plenty of time for taking photos. Every one was very friendly and all felt very comfortable. Great follow up.

The best time ever – Had a great time in our shoot. All the purchase options explained leading up to the shoot so we knew what to expect. The Lady photographer was so patient with our kids and got great shots. Kids loved it. Purchased a great Box set. Very happy would highly recommend. All the staff were so friendly.

Horrible – This studio is a joke. After “winning” a voucher we where pushed into purchasing photos that are stupidly priced. Staff are extremely pushy. Would not recommend to anyone at all

Would give 0 stars if I could – Similar situation to many others, attended an expo and won a $375 voucher, plus paid the $50 deposit. Upon arrival, the staff were lovely, and they remembered details that we had mentioned over the phone. into taking some photos 'with just my straps pulled down'. In the end we chose a beautiful shot of the two of us (fully clothed) as our voucher could only cover ONE single photo by itself. We were told we would be contacted once the photo was ready (around 6-8 weeks), it has since been 4 months, and not a peep! I have tried to contact them a few times, with the same response being they will contact us when it is ready. Needless to say, my partner and I are extremely disappointed and will not be referring them to anyone.

Amazing photos, great experience! – My partner and I had some amazing photos taken at image portrait studio last week. Shocking price – Friendly staff, great photographer, and lovely photos, however one small print costs 275 dollars, which as a student is almost my weekly pay, they also won't sell digital copies of photos unless you pay for the print. Waste of time even had a $475 voucher, plus deposited $50. Very unfortunate as the photos were lovely.

Spetacular – I did a Photoshop with Image portrait studio, the staff was estremely friendly, I felt so confortable and picture was amazing!!! Fantastic Job!!!! The price was good for the Kind of job They did. So I advise it!!! A++++

professional and interactive and captured my Family as i saw them at home - which is something very special to me. Seeing the photos after the shoot bought tears to my eyes as they came out better than what i could have imagined. Needless to say we have 3 beautiful artwork pieces up on the wall at home now and loved every part of my experience. We have recommended them to our friends and family.

Prices out of this world – Great studio, amazing photographer, great photos but that's where the Experience stops viewed the photos and 3 prints was 3k and won't sell u digital copy of photos waste of time even had a $475 voucher plus deposited $50 we walked out in shock. disk for photos you have purchased.

Picking up our photos and disk proved to be extremely frustrating and I felt the after care Image Portait Studio provide is very un-professional. When we picked up our photos, our artwork was there but the disk of photos were not. We were told they had been collected already, not by us!! We were told they would post them out to us, but they never arrived. So we arranged to pick up the disk directly from them. When we got the disk home we found the photos weren't ours. Yes, we were given another families photos! We went back and finally were given our photos. I would not recommend using this company, too much effort. They really didn't care that they completely inconvenienced us.

My experiance – Although most of the photos we purchased were good, they promised to provide us with a disk and a single photo, which we have never seen to date. I had been promised more than 3 times on email with no avail. I am sure by now they have forgotten about us, but to me whenever people comment about the photos, it reminds me of the worst experience… Read more

Fantastic Experience – I had a photo shoot with my partner at Image Portrait Studio in East Perth and the experience was a great one. We felt very comfortable and we enjoyed every minute of it. We both loved the fact that we were able to view the images only few minutes after the photo shoot and everyone was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
