ImagePrinter.com.au – This is the worst printing and worst service i've ever seen. I've ordered 10 Acrylic prints from them and 6 out of 10 had major off color printing, i contacted them, no phone support were given, only have to chat to them online and they asked me to pay 1/2 the price for reprinting??? took me almost a month and i gave up. DONT EVER PRINT WITH THEM.

with the first order, as after I had placed and paid for the order, all 3 images appeared to have a white line down all of them. Customer service assured me that they would remove this line prior to printing. Which they did. Postage has always been good. Always receive a tracking number for each order. This second order didn't take 2 weeks to get to NZ, which I was super pleased with. None of my packages have ever been damaged but I would say they could perhaps up their packaging so as there is less chance of damage. Quality of the pics is great. Everyone I have showed them to loves them also. Will be recommending Image Printers to anyone looking for canvases and will definitely be purchasing from them again. Thanks Image Printers!!

Fantastic quality of metal prints – For my upcoming exhibition I had 10 12 x12" metal prints done by Image Printers. printed directly onto the metal, so that the metal grain and colour shone through, EXACTLY what I was after.

Their customer service and response is very quick and very helpful, the turn about and shipping was 10 days to Australia, ( very fast) and the quality of the work amazing.

Buyer Beware - These people are shonky – I had 4 images printed by these people for which I chose Mirror Wrap. In all cases they cropped the images and applied the wrap to the cropped image which is totally incorrect. Even their own website and sister website stipulate that mirror wrap effectively prints your entire image on the front of the canvas and wraps the mirror around the edge.… Read more

After contacting them, they were unwilling to accept their mistake and I am now forced to take legal action to recover my funds.

Do not deal with these people. They will take our money and if anything goes wrong they will not fix their mistakes.

Beware of both their sites...

took them three weeks to reply to one email! And neither of my concerns were addressed. They said I should get them reprinted on canvas and offered me no other information or constellation or apology. I will never use them again.

Never use image printers nz – Very bad experience which has not been replaced yet and 6 months have passed. Ordered a large set of canvasses. They arrived in great time perfect. Good service – I ordered a canvas print, it arrived back within two weeks from ordering, in perfect condition. After being notified that my print had been shipped and I didn't recieve it after week I contacted Image Printers, they responded immediately with the tracking number. However it arrived I was just impatient. my only disappointment was that it was done in China, when it clearly states that the company is NZ.

Outstanding quality & excellent customer service – I'm a professional artist and I now only use Image Printers for my canvas printing - the quality is absolutely superb and the colours match my Photoshop images exactly. Considering how cheap they are, the quality far surpasses the prices. The delivery is quick and reliable too. Satisfactory – I ordered 3 metal prints and 3 acrylic prints that arrived in good time and they look amazing, I would recommend this to anyone - the workmanship and clarity is great. chasing post shops to try and find them which was a huge loss to me. They did arrive eventually and I am now ahppy with them.

Great support team – I have ordered 2 glass panorama print in 90x30cm with own uploaded photo. I have quite impressed the result and happy with the product overall. contacted to support for reporting this damage and what is my options are. They have offered extra print for fee in next order but I did not have any plan for offered print so I have asked the partial refund. We both agreed in this quickly and matter is sorted in reasonable time frame.

I'm very happy with the company that willing to resolve the issue in terms of kindness and honesty.

PS. I was initially intending to make a frame box with LED backlit inside, I may not be able to make that with damaged one but otherwise it is good enough for decorating wall. Damage was small but enough to see-through light from back.

Terrible – After almost a month of placing my order for a large canvas, I am still waiting. I have given up e-mailing and going into online support. I get told that they will look into it and get back to me..im tired of getting the run around and would not recommend this company to anyone. My next port of call will be the small claims court as I have paid $120 for an item that never arrived. My advice is to stay clear!!! Item never arrived

Service Great – I ordered 2 prints this first one came out really well and I was extremely happy with it, but the 2nd was so dark you couldn't see the detail in it, I complained and sent a photo of the print that was delivered and then another copy of the file I originally sent for them to compare. Today I received my replacement print and am very happy with it.. For the price I paid I think Image Printers are great.

damaged, but damage was so minor I figured as they offered discount on their website at the time, I would just leave it and order a few more as I was fairly impressed with the quality overall. Went ahead and placed a second order, this one also took almost two weeks, and this time, I was completely disappointed with the product. I ordered 6 canvas prints costing close to $300 and the largest one came completely damaged. Print loose on the frame and frame it self cracked in few places, and completely twisted. I still tried to hang it on the wall, but couldn't even do that. Aside from that, the three piece canvas print which was a part of this order, came in pretty poor quality with one print looking like the colored ink got all mixed and the black went over other colors, but I still chose to just leave that one as is, not even mentioning it, and focused on the heavy damaged one only. I contacted the business explaining that the print arrived in a poor condition and they advised me to send photos and place a complaint with NZ post, and they will re do the print and send it to me. I wasn't happy with their response regarding me having to place a complaint with NZ post, being that I am not the business owner, which should be the one who's looking into their shipping methods, and also being that I had no track and trace number, and the order didn't even seem to have been delivered by NZ post, but I replied with photos showing damage and also requested a more secure packaging and faster delivery(which I advised I'm happy to pay for), as I paid almost $300 for this order and I wasn't happy to wait for that long again. After this, I've had NO RESPONSE. It's been over a week of no contact and I've sent several E-mails. More than happy to change this feedback or remove it if this gets looked into. But I would highly recommend avoiding this company, as these guys have fairly poor communication skills and don't seem to take ownership for their potential mistakes with orders. Not happy at all, and will look at taking this further if I don't get a response.

Amazing quality – I ordered three canvases from Image Printers with each of the original photos being taken with an iPhone. When we received them we couldn't believe how fantastic the quality was considering they were taken using a mobile! Communication was great, shipping was very fast, and the canvases look incredible in our house. Very impressed customer here! Fast shipping, low prices, fantastic quality

Gone Bush – Vary impressive in deed, I live in an urban area so having prints sent to me was easy... The last print I thought would through a spanner is the works, sending it bush! (Te Urewera National Park) but to my surprise It turned up!! and two days after the email being sent... awesome. Very reliable, Communication is awesome.

Service to the Wilderness – I was very happy with the service and my prints. Great communication. The process was quick and easy and the delivery very prompt. We are living in a remote area so it can be difficult to get the things you need. It often takes longer to get things from the nearest town which is only over 2 hours drive away. Quick, efficient, good value.
