Info Imc cleaner – Poor communication and jobs do not use them I have signed a 2 hours every week contract with Imc cleaner but they come for one hour then leave without my place clean and I call the boss did not response when I told them to reclean they reply they already clean don't know who dirty it I only live by myself very bad experience p

Not NDIS friendly, poor communication – I was recommended this service from my disability provider, the first day they come they did a average job but helpful enough. I paid for that one, but then I was charged another $100 for a service that never happened no one rocked up to do a clean myself and my disability support provider have been trying to reach out to them but they never pick up the phone or return calls we have emailed them countless times and they never emailed back but there happy to email me to remind me to pay for a service that never happened. I do not recommend this service to NDIS or other support services.

Perfect services – They were a perfect alternative household services for myself when I was sick and tired of household works and needed help from others. I would recommend this company for people who want satisfactory cleaning services.

House cleaning – All 3 of your cleaners have done an excellent job cleaning our home and are all very hard workers. We both can't believe how clean our house is and love how they have cleaned and organised our cupboards and everything in them. They have changed our lives for the better and with health problems such as the both of us have unfortunately we are unable to clean up everything and now with your cleaners help we can now lead a normal life and not get sick with the poor state that the house was in before your cleaners started cleaning for us. I would recommend your cleaning service to anyone who you would clean for.

Terrible service - Stay Away – We requested a clean of our apartment as advertised on the company website here : http://alwaysgoodclean.com.au/end-of-lease-cleaning We also wanted the carpets steam cleaned and the quote we received was $350 for our two bedroom apartment. After the company claimed to have finished the cleaning (after 4-5 hours), I pointed out the spots they had missed. They failed to clean the bathroom showers, the kitchen exhaust, the balcony, some of the walls and the general state of the place was not spotless. [name removed] who was the steam cleaner fixed some of the issues I pointed out to him but half through fixing the issues he stopped and said he cant clean the place anymore than it is. He went on to ask what percent of the house is clean and asked me to pay to that level. I said I would only pay once the house is 100% clean according to my satisfaction. [name removed] got very angry, he started vandalizing the house from that point on! He started rubbing his feet against the carpet with his shoes on to the carpet he had steam cleaned and spat on the carpet multiple times as he went along. I was livid and asked him to leave the place. He refused to leave and continued to vandalize the carpets in the other bedrooms. I had lent him the house keys to bring some equipment up the stairs. He went on to blackmail us saying he will not return the keys unless we paid him. He threatened to drive away with our keys, when I didnt allow him to leave, he called the police saying we had kidnapped him. I was forced to pay him $100 just so that he return our keys. He left our place in shambles. I had to organise another cleaner who charged us $330 to undo the damage that Lewis has done to our house and carpet. We called the boss [name removed] numerous times during this incident and he was very lackadaisical in his approach. He went on to blame us for angering [name removed]. He also refused to refund the $100 we were forced to pay.
