Imex LX25P Laser, fantastic after sales service!! – I purchased this laser level 5 months ago. The online reviews were positive, and the product has a 2 year warranty. The unit has operated very well and very accurately until recently. When the unit began to malfunction (laser beam constantly blinking) I rang the imex support line on 1800 669 110. The guy on the support line asked a tech what the problem might be, he seemed to think it was a rare fault.

He did say that a company rep would call me.

Brandon from Imex contacted me the next day and offered to pick-up the laser level for repair.

He kept his word and promptly collected the level as agreed.

I must say, I am very impressed with the after sales service that Imex has delivered!

A fast turn around and promises kept, a rare and valuable thing!

As promised Brandon called me today (the very next business day!) and advised that my unit did indeed have little problem.

He brought me a brand new replacement unit personally, wow what great service!

I can't recall getting this level of after sales service with any other product I have ever purchased.

Imex Lasers are certainly way ahead of the pack and I would highly recommend their products and fantastic service!
