Don't bother – These guys have a pretty website all Australian decorated, and even an Melbourne number! When you ring them it connects to USA! That's the catch it's a USA company and its thier computer software that collects you info: completes the forms, scans it all and you pay them $195. They then sell you data and your privacy is no more. Then on top of you completing their robot form there is more money to pay for actual filing fees.

It is a scam for citizenship application and steal your money and personal information – Negative star. Not an official institution or government agency but charge you application fee and steal your personal information. Many people did not realize it is 100 percent a scam. It is a company based in US. Be aware about this website, do not register and fill in any information or upload documents.

convicted scammer – offers a very competitive deal and never delivers. has been known to lead on others for a long time... peter grant lambden, convicted and released... will contact you with different emails as if its a company.. if you pay attention, all have the same spelling and grammar issues. its a shame and very unaustralian!

Waste of money – Paid for a service that was not supplied. When you click save progress it deems the application as completed. Go back later and it was no longer accessible and closed as completed

The best way to get help if you want to apply for any kind of application is to do it yourself, it will take time but you will get paid for that time, instead of paying them $200 which will not give you anything in return but steal all your personal details. Good Luck Guys!!

Definitely SCAM – I have paid 188.80 to them as we thought they are Australian department of immigration. They took the money. Then we found out they’re the scams. Called the bank to dispute the transaction. Bank changed our bank card and they started to take 188.80 every month. Called the bank again and they said they will refund the money but they took the money out again. Got sick of it. Do not trust immigration direct they were scam!!!!!

SCAM SITE: ADD ANOTHER VICTIM TO THE LIST – My friend paid for and applied for an Australian citizenship and has waited 2 months and no reply as to how to proceed with application as promised. Tried to find a contact number and there is no number. Tried to email them through their site yet you're unable to do it. realized today that there was an issue because the phone numbers are disconnected, and the reply email address is no longer replying to a legitimate address. Notified Department of Home Affairs twice today, of being a victim of this scam, they didn't care at all. So disappointed that after 26 years of being an NZ permanent resident that this has happened.

read the page. it is an elaborate scam – The site gives no claims as being in any way affiliated to the australian government! That should set off alarms to anyone wanting to apply for any visa or citizenship. this will also make it seem difficult to get your money back since no claims are made by the site as to legitimacy. I think we just lost our money today. Hopefully the bank can intervene but it doesn't look good.

Direct' is a private scam company and the $160 I paid for the application form ended up being of no use. As the promoted 'Immigration Direct' form is falsely advertised I had to pay Home Affairs the Government fee to lodge the correct application again. $160 for nothing - it is a true upset that people like this exist , their actions hurt many.

An absolute scam – An absolute scam.They do nothing but provide online forms that pre-fill PDF documents that you then post to the Department of Home Affairs. They make their site look like its a government site and that you're actually paying for your application. I honestly thought I was on the government website when I made my payment of $185. Money gone for nothing.

SCAM With ongoing investigation with DIBP – SCAM This website is a scam. I have called DIBP and there is an ongoing case against this website/company. They also deduct more than their assistance fee and will show in your credit card as department of immigration but DIBP has confirmed that it is a scam. They have charged us 160 with merchant name immigration direct plus 285 with merchant name department of immigration southport. Our application never arrived at DIBP. SCAM
