DETAILING SERVICE IS A SCAM! BUYER BEWARE They advertise a variety of detailing services. The mini detail starting at $69. Booked in for the mini detail as it’s an old car that just needs a wash, basic vacuum and wipe down. Arrive and they refuse to do it unless I buy their $169 package!! When pressed asking them just to vacuum and wipe down for the $69 package they refused! This is a marketing trap! Forewarned is forearmed.

Showroom-like finish with IMO Car Wash Mill Park, VIC – Paid $30 for the highest tier wash and wax Customer service was friendly and welcoming from the beginning. Service was quick and efficient. End result was impressive.

Car wash imo liverpool – Happy with the service provided by imo staff and manager. Value for money. Paid $10 for the outside wash. Took only 10 minutes to wash. Wasn't to busy only few cars in front of us.

vouchers remaining. I have attempted to use the service multiple times, only to be turned away because the app does not reflect my true balance.

This is highly frustrating and constitutes a failure to provide services already paid for. I am requesting that the remaining 5 vouchers be reinstated immediately, along with a gesture of goodwill/compensation for the multiple wasted trips and time spent trying to resolve this.

I would like this resolved within 7 business days**. If the matter is not rectified, I will be forced to escalate this to the ACCC and Consumer Protection under the Australian Consumer Law regarding misleading conduct and undelivered services.

Just been to IMO Strathfield, the guy working there is very very very rude and abrupt. He mumbles the instructions and very hard to understand when he talks. Paid for a $34.00 car wash and got a $12.00 car wash. Dirty disgusting abusive staff. I have a video of the staff member saying dont care, go somewhere else, which indeed I will. Yes I was not happy and I did tell your staff member, but you ripped me off and how many other people are you doing this too. Its unacceptable and very wrong. I have reported this to Fair Trading.

I paid two washes the HD wash and wax using the app for getting a cheaper car wash , when I request the receipt, the staff said it will come to my email, I never receive and I couldn’t claim for my tax, so annoying, then the system upgraded and I lost the last car wash. I now go to a nearer servo, I paid $22 car wash which is great value and after few washes you get a free 1. This I recommend, thanks 7eleven.

I paid $350 for car wash inside & out in the end & although they did a good job I thought the price was very high !! I asked how much at 1st They said the wash was one price then the wheels were another, then the seats were so much each & so on why couldn’t they give me a straight up price and I waited three hours + while they were doing other car washes whilst doing mine I don’t think I’d go there again thx

pakistani guy....he told me to wash and vacum is 55 $ ...that time i didnt see the price and when fin8shed i find out the price only 39 $ ....what is that....? Worst service and experience! Tried to ask for assistance twice from the attendant and he only replied with ‘make a complaint online’ while using his phone and not looking at me. Why have an attendant present if they are not going to assist! For the 6 minutes I was there the system deducted $15.50!

Went to have my car washed..Chose $15.00 wash and wax and was told that I would have to pay $19.00 if I want soap used.. It was a good car wash once ..but now u r forced to pay so much more just to have soap used.... may as well have put the hose on it at home...won't b going back there, thats for sure.

Carwash – Had car washed at east bent leigh IMO Car not clean after wash and told what do I expect for $11 Apparently they no longer use soap on cheaper washes and not told this I would have been better off hosing the car at home I’ll never go back they are a joke and perthetic

Dont expect soap with a cheap wash – $11,$13 and $15 wash they dont use soap If you want your car washed with soap you have to pay $17 How do you wash anything without soap You might as well wait for a rainy day for the same thing Not impressed

Very bad service. And expensive – I just paid $38 to have my jeep washed. After going through when I can out and checked the car the whole front end was not washed. I brought this to the attendants attention and they said it was the best they could do. They refused to give me my money back. brush and the car came clean. The attendant was there and said there was a a huge difference in the cleanness of the car.

It was clear the rollers did not touch the front of the car. Again I had to pay again to use the self serve. Still refused to refund my money. I will never ever use your service and this will reflect in my review of this location

failed to clean one side of my windscreen and the blowers are overhead only and don't dry the side glass. In addition when I got out to sort my side mirrors out I saw dirt still on the car and spent 10 minutes drying and cleaning the car. $34 for a chance to wash my own car. No thanks you have lost a customer.

so he just used his ipad/electronic device and authorised the wash. Today, I wanted to use the remaining wash that I purchased and noticed there's nothing on my app. Surely I didn't pay $54 for just the one car wash! I want to get either a refund or a credit for another car wash.

Rip off every step of the way – Self wash switched off when they have auto wash , gear poorly maintained, attendant could not care less - just water and soap - dodgy credit card system deducts maximum - you have been warned

Worst car wash Imo Burpengary – Only just started going through on car wash track, machine has broken down, so track wouldn’t push car through. Operator has told me to drive through, gave it a once over with hose, and said it was clean and done. Asked for refund and told it’s not possible, worst service ever and paid for the top wash.

Scratch car – My new car came here for wash They scuffed the entire back side using the cheap nasty brush before you enter I could hear it banging on my car with no care Whe I got home I seen what the nasty brush did

What a joke this place is – After I paid my money for the self serve machine half of the functions didn’t work and the guy manning the car wash tells me there’s nothing he can do call the number and no answer then the vacuum cleaner takes my money and doesn’t work this place is a joke

Car damage – My had damage done to dr mirror by the site in eastbourne in sussex staff took details a month on no action i am a oap and cant get any one on the phone thay just dont pick up.

Terrible Service – Have a look at the guys cleaning the cars they are completely disinterested lack a heartbeat, I get cleaning cars would be boring then dont apply for the job. Terrible service just pay your money and get out.
