Scam don't get the products what you back for – This suite takes no responsibility if you receive the product or not same with kick starter too So if u back any product indiegogo neither kickstarter would take any responsibility whether you receive that product or not. They just get their commission out of it and that's it and thy wash their hands and leave. So do not buy any products from them

Indiegogo support many many scammers – Backed a product called LUA - the smart plant pot in 2020.. never received the item and basically just got scammed. Indiegogo supports many, many projects that scam people out of their money. LUA went "bankrupt", but low and behold there's a remarkably similar product on Indiegogo called IVY now, and it looks like they're not delivering to customers either. Avoid Indiegogo like the plague - they're literally scam pimps.

Beware and dont go near this website, scammers! – I have backed 3 items from this Indiegogo website and not received a thing, they wont even reply. I have lost over $1'000 thinking I was supporting a good start up and getting a good product back in return, sadly I like most others have found out the hard way, They take your money and you get nothing back. This website is nothing more than a platform for any scammer who wants to rip the public off, even after Indiegogo know people are being ripped off they do nothing. They are registered offshore, it looks like the USA, but sadly you can do nothing about it, they know their way around the system and sadly the authorities do nothing. Its crazy how this can be allowed to still go on.

Be warned, do your reading up on them and start up web sites like these before you part with your money, they are mainly scammers, and it sure looks like you can do nothing about it.

Indiegogo Say Goodbye to Your Money – Indiegogo is a similar operation to Kickstarter. Except they don't care what so ever whether the venture succeeds or not. As long as people keep putting money in they will take it. I "invested" aka burned US$169 with the crazy belief I was going to receive some wireless headphones. (Search for Ximalaya in Indiegogo) read the comments. Over US$2million has been scammed by this Ximalaya mob and Indiegogo do not give a rat's arise about enquiring as to where all the money has gone. They keep taking their take for every $ "invested". Steer clear of Indiegogo you'd do better putting your money on RED on a table somewhere.

Dishonest and I lost my money – I have had a couple of successful backings of what I thought were good campaigns. But I have backed two campaigns and lost USD $149. Indiegogo will not refund you any money lost, first you have to go through their maze, if you come out the other side still mentally fit, (first of all congratulations if this happens), then you will find you are back where you started. They don't respond and backers seem to be their last priority. Be warned. This website explains about Indiegogo. I will not be backing further campaigns with this dishonest company.
