Please read Daniel's note below, our experience was exactly same. Do not invest in the platform. We followed the advise we were given to improve the quality of our leads with no improvement after an addition 4 months, responding to dead leads. Save your time and money

Super easy, contacted by 5 suppliers within an hour and found exactly what we were after ! – We were looking for a 3T digger to excavate muddy turf (construction project in west Sydney) and contacted my Hitachi, Toyota and Caterpillar amongst 2 other companies - helpful, quick and made the buying process quite easily actually

Terrible Service – Asked for a quote on a pump and was simply given a non-working https link to what was supposed to be the supplier (the link simply referred me back to the Industry Search website). Tried to contact their customer support team and there is no support or any consideration of trying to assist the customer. Of interest is that there is no human/brain intervention in this automated system. Best to try other market sites - as I have done.

I can't say enough good things about IndustrySearch – We have been involved with a few different online marketing platforms and IndustrySearch has been by far the most successful. Every enquiry we receive through the Storefront is qualified and targeted. For example, we received an enquiry for our battery watering systems which led to a substantial knock-on sale of about $25,000 per year with a new… Read more

customer. That one enquiry opened up a great opportunity we didn't know about.

As an advertiser, I love that it's easy to add content to the Storefront and we have scope to promote our products in different ways. Our account manager is great at keeping in touch and helping us with different ideas for the Storefront. And from a user perspective, the website is clear and concise, you don't have to work hard to get to where you're going and find helpful information. I can't say enough good things about IndustrySearch.

Terrible Service dont waste your money – The site is borderline fraudulent. We used their service many years ago when the company had a good reputation. We decided after persistent phone calls from their sales team, and 1 month free trial, and a 20% off offer to give them a try for the basic storefront at $236AUD per month. We were clearly advised in the beginning that if we sign up for… Read more

12 months, that is all we would be charged for and they would stop debiting our bank account. They directed us to the terms and conditions which states that we need to give 30 days notice to stop the direct debit. I have since sent an email demanding they repay last month and cease billing immediately, however they are truly ignorant and have no interest in long term business. Now I look back all all the emails and eveything was done verbally and I stupidy was duped by the verbal discussions and did not read the terms and conditions.

If the service was worth paying for I would not be so concerned, howveer after 6 months if became clear that there is a serious issue with their enquiry form. 99% of enquires (around 15 in 12 months) were for the wrong product, or for help to fault find a product that we do not sell of have listed. I have even confirmed this is happening to at least two other companies in my industry. To top if off over half of the enquires were for overseas customers who were looking for both very low value and we do not sell.

If you put together the time spent to put your products online, and to answer the queries than you will have wasted all that time.

Two more things, if you are paying $2844AUD per year minimum then you would expect to be able to add links to documents or your online store. We could in the beginning when we were given the free demo for one month, howveer I was shocked to find after several months the site was not letting us post links to our website. Insteat relying on direct web enquiries. Alot of work for now reward.

Why does the site have a link function when it is disabled? Because this is a scam.

I will be contacting Consumer Affairs and taking this deception up further.

Absolutely disgusted that I was ripped off by this once great service. Stay away at all costs.

Ultimate B2B resource – In a B2B world, Industry Search has proven an invaluable resource for our company for not only finding suppliers, but also helping us keep up to date within the industry on all the topics which are of interest to us.
