Absolute waste of money – I purchased the InfinitiKloud 32Gb a while ago. Today, after putting all of our photos onto one computer, we attached the USB memory stick and nothing. We thought it may not like my husbands computer, so we tried mine. There is nothing on the USB to sort, remove duplicates absolutely nothing. Can’t attach a file as there aren’t any.

No product received – I ordered the product over 12 months ago. I live in Australia. I Haven’t heard a word from them. I have sent emails, No answer. Please just return my money.

Hopeless service and repetitive robotic replies. Undelivered after 1mth – I bought this product online on 6 December 2021 as a Xmas present. Now 5 January 2021 it still has not arrived. I have emailed and tried to contact by phone. All I have had are several automated robotic 'sincere' apologies. Avoid at all costs. Hopeless to deal with.

already had that didn't work. I had also sent an email separately explaining the problem with screen shots of the problem. Got a reply that was no help. Sent 2 more emails with screen shots showing the difference between what I was seeing and what the instructions said I should be looking at. Again no reply to either. I have return the products and waiting for a refund.

For the InfinitiKloud 32GB there is no zero to give, but I would give it a Zero – Firstly it took a couple of months to get to Australia. When plugged into my Mobile which is a Huawei Mate9, it did not open as suggested it would. all I could do was view the files on drive, which was copied there as per instruction. InfinitiKloud – was so looking forward to saving my photos off computer. Plugged into several different ports and nothing shows up on screen - can't even find it on finder. waste of money. Dissappointed.

Scam suppliers – I have been waiting almost 8 weeks .My questions are answered with a tracking number which shows object has been in Germany for over a month.DHL said I’m entitled to a refund but Infinitikloud ignore my requests and just repeat the tracking number.What a farce .Scam Scam Scam.

I've been waiting a month for it to arrive – I didn't receive a receipt or any email acknowledgement of my payment. The only contact details for InfinitiKloud are an email address which bounces. Piece of junk – I bought the 32gb black InfinitiKloud. Upon inserting it into all 3 of my USB jacks (I tried all 3) on my Windows 10 laptop, it did nothing. I tried going into File Explorer and searching for the executable file but it is missing. Can't believe I fell for buying this useless piece of rubbish. Be warned. SCAM. Show details

Don’t Buy the InfinitiKloud stick – Don’t Buy the InfinitiKloud stick. Failed after 2 months. The worst Customer Service. Very hard to find phone number then it is never answered. Save your money the InfinitiKloud stick failed and company refuses to send replacement or refund. Show details

the advertising was great .The reality was useless – I received the stick ...made many attempts to use it . Doesn't work ! I tried to make contact with the company email, phone etc etc. That was pre corona virus . I can only assume that I was a part of a scam . Careful everyone.
