Great New Shredder – We replaced our 20 plus year old shredder with the new device. It has been operating for a few months now and it is running perfectly. Much more security and takes bulk pages with no jamming. It does need to be oiled weekly and the bags are a bit more expensive but the quality of the product is outstanding. Delivery was prompt and machine was easy to set up. Great initial service during the ordering process. Extremely happy!

Fantastic shredder in a corporate situation – Situated next to a meeting room and runs quietly and efficiently. Takes 30+ pages, saving time and gets a lot of use. We have the auto oiler attached, making it so we are not dependent on that 'someone, anyone, everyone' to put the oil in. All metal component cutters make this cut through floppy disks, CDs, DVDs and usb drives. The only negative is the plastic bag tends to rip taking it out of the bin, creating a mess if you are not careful.
