Unbelievably Quiet and very efficient – When advised that this machine was so quiet that it could sit in a reception area under the reception desk and be used I was sceptical to say the least. Now having recieved the machine and put it through its paces for a couple of weeks I am impressed. It is extreamely Quiet and does a great job of shredding. There is not a hope in hell of any confidential information being salvaged from the shredding bin after this machine has finished with it. The wast bin is large enough to hold quite a large amount of shredded paper and is easily removed for emptying. Just to add to the overall experience the machine looks smart and is easily moved around due to the castors.I could not be happier with our purchase and would recommend this machine to anyone looking for a quality machine with excelentservice back up. If you are like me you are price sensitive as well but rather than spend $300 on a cheaper machine that won't last and you can't buy spares for bite the bullet and purchase quality, afterall shredders go through hell and have to be able to survive.I should also add that although the supplier was in QLD and we are in WA the service and delivery was great and reasonable in price. Does a great job – Our old shredder was starting to show her age and making noises and jamming. we decided to purchase a new one. our consultant gave us a choice of 3 models that suited the needs of our office.collectively we chose the model we now use and we could not be happier.as well as paper it can shred CD's and credit cards which was a feature our old one did not have.it also has an easily read LED display screen. We use a bin liner and when the machine is about 3/4 full we remove, tie off and the cleaners collect it. alternatively we could leave it without the liner and simply empty into the paper recycle.our old shredder was very 'boxy' in looks where as this one is more sleek and modern.in the future when we need to replace our network of shredders we will have no hesitation in choosing one from infostop range as there are the classes of security shredding that are required by our organisation Quietness, speed of cutting, reliability
