Inmunotek

Avoid. Even with attempts to order several months in advance, and multiple vials at a time, I have still been without allergen for my first child on several occasions. For my second child, we were advised to go with another company. Gladly took that advice and have not had a single problem. You'd be wise to do the same.
The product works. But the service, except for one responsible employee, is careless and there is potential for harm – Inmunotek supply allergy immune therapy products to customers undergoing treatment via their medical specialists. They changed hands early in 2024 and since then their service has been appalling. Massive delays on supply of the therapies customers bought and paid for and in my case they have stuffed up my therapy program by sending the wrong product. I ordered the injections. For the second maintenance vial of 5 months of monthly injections they sent the cheaper oral sublingual doses. I suspect this was a deliberate "mistake" due to the supply issues they were experiencing. But at best it was incompetence. Now they have been ignoring all attempts to contact them. Thankfully there is one caring employee in the company in NSW who's number was provided to me and she contacted me today to let me know she is arranging for urgent supply of the correct medication. However one responsible employee does not good customer service make though this particular employee deserves 10 stars and a raise and a promotion for taking on the tasks of fixing these messes which is outside her role. I would be interested to hear from anyone else who has had similar issues with this company as I am asking the ACCC to investigate them.
