Awesome system for managing my property portfolio – I used to keep my property-related reports, files, lease agreements, invoices and other stuff in a lever arch folder and attached to my Gmail but it wasn't ideal. I heard about inndox and got started because its only $2 per month. I get to share the account with my property managers, tenants and accountant. Tenants get manuals for appliances, the property manager can place all the maintenance inspection reports and leases in there and accountant can do the end of year tax return using the depreciation schedule and statement form the property managers. There are other things like maintenance and warranty reminders that look good but I haven't got around to using these yet. I am selling a property this month and just shared it with my Real Estate Agent so they can show the potential buyers the history of the property. When I sell it, I will transfer the account to them.
