Dishonest and unlicensed – Glenn does not pay invoices that are due and avoids phonecalls for months. This companies licence has also been cancelled by the qbcc. Do your research and stay away to avoid defective work on your pool which he will not rectify.

Further review more issues – The saga continues from my previous review . The infinity edge has now cracked. The wall was not straight and they have packed out 125mm of render and tiled over it without pinning it to the wall and of course it has cracked and all the expensive tiles fallen off. Quote is $36k to repair and they will not even come around to inspect. QBCC involved again and I am not sure why they are even allowed to be in business. Do not use this company

This bloke doesn’t pay his subcontractors – Contracted me to help him out With some repair work on one of his pools that leaked...and now he doesn’t want to pay. Won’t even answer the phone... Think twice before doing business with him...

Great Service and an Awesome Pool – Glenn and the team at Innov8 are awesome. They built a pool in a really tricky spot of my new house in Bardon. There were issues with soft ground, flood zoning and other things that meant the whole pool had to be built out of the ground. He got the necessary extra screw pile support and built a modern state of the art pool with self cleaning system and lighting. I highly recommend Innov8 pools.

Bad - real BAD – Pros - Answers emails and calls or calls back straight away Can do attitude Cons - after 6 months Gradually does not return emails or calls - tapers quickly with time. The can do turns into excuses and major delays - LOADS! nearly 2 years and still not finished. Very poor workmanship. Absolutely Stunning Pool and Extremely happy – We ended up choosing Glenn from Innov8 Pools and Landscape as he was recommended by a friend. What an easy and effortless process, none of our requests were too difficult, in fact during the dig we decided to change the pool slightly and made it bigger and he was happy to accomodate. Steer clear! – Go to their website, and to everything that they claim on their home page, add the word "don't" in front. Work is done by poorly trained, unsupervised apprentices. Shoddy, unfinished, patched up. 9 months and still not finished. [Name removed] refuses to answer phone calls, emails. I've since learned I'm not the only one. He promises plenty but beware - he doesn't deliver. I've had to get other subbies in to fix and finish.
