Low quality product – We purchased 3 of these shade sails and after installing them the middle does not tighten, it sags and with rain it fills up causing the whole sail to rip. Do not do business with this company! We are still waiting for our refund after sending back the defected sails and it’s been weeks! Now taking legal action against them for misrepresentation of products. Show details

Instahut, I started waste of Money – After reading many reviews of Instahut products, they all , like the gazebo I bought, come to the same conclusion. They produce cheap useless products which are a complete waste of money. My Instahut gazebo lasted 4 yes 4 days before what they laughingly call study metal poles collapsed. Two of the support struts broke pulling the item out of the cardboard delivery box. If you want to waste money, then buy these shoddy Chinese made products. Show details

Defective, light weight – Product was stitched very poorly, had a big seam right down the middle that leaked in several places. Material was very lightweight, like a very lightweight spray jacket. Was waterproof apart from the seam, so perhaps if you get one that's properly made it might work OK.
