that could replace it and were upset enough by the product they removed it from sale. What they did have was almost double what I paid and at no extra cost, sent it without even getting the old unit back. How many businesses would do that!!? Unfortunatly, not many. We now have a Scarlet crane unit which is absolutely fabulous. Recommend IC, absolutely guys.

Prompt and efficient customer service – One of the weather stations I ordered arrived with a damaged screen. On informing instrument choice, a new weather station was dispatched the next day. Excellent customer service. They also included a postage paid sachel to return the damaged item.
