It’s a scam. They didn’t pay for my effort. I spent time on their survey, gave genuine answer and got no reward. That’s hours of work and also my private information! I redeemed a gift card but cannot access it. Ipso Isay replied that they think my profile doesn’t fit. If my profile doesn’t fit, they shouldn’t allow me to do the survey in the… Read more
first place. It’s a total scam to let me do the survey and not pay the reward. They can discontinue my account but should pay for the surveys that I have already done!
its trash - ive done so many reviews and lucky to reach $20 i dont recommend it at all.. Octopus is 10 times better.... once i gewt my $20 im out.......
Evidently my membership has been reinstated and I've successfully redeemed my points. I never received a reply from Ipsos regarding my membership status, just a invitation to a survey. Hopefully going forward I will not have any issues. I'll update as needed.
DODGY They say you will get 100 point and then the next time you log on they are not there. Read other reviews of people that have used it longer than me! They have not even been able to receive the points they had!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I don’t usually write reviews, but I want to alert other people who may waste their time undertaking the surveys to only be scammed in the end ! I have been doing surveys on this app for many months with no issues and my points balance building up. I would be sent a number of surveys which I would complete quickly and honestly.… Read more
I had 28,800 points banked up and was planning to redeem a gift cards and when I tried to do this, it stated I did not have enough points. When I enquired about this I received the same email that many other people who have complained about blaming a 3rd party decision as my ‘profile does not meet align with their requirements’ and was offered a $50 e-card as ‘compensation’ when I am owed $288 worth of rewards!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
Would like to give it a zero star rating. They got a whole bunch of personal information from me so that I could do the surveys and stopped sending in surveys when they had all my details and before I had enough points to redeem anything. There is a very fine line but for me it’s a scam.
It was good at first using it for about a year. Randomly I tried to cash out my rewards, I noticed the last week my surveys were getting lower only one a day not even and low amounts. Next thing I know I can't cash out anything, PayPal or gift card nor charity. I enquired about this, they randomly told me I had been terminated because I didn't… Read more
follow their guidelines. I'm disabled yet decided to read their terms and policy, yet I had not done nothing wrong, found this extremely offensive firstly, secondly they never notified me, thirdly wrongful. I enquired further as to why, a detailed response and I want access to my data which you can request it's the law they must give it otherwise contact OAIC which I will be, the response I got was COPIED AND PASTED from the previous email jasmine from their company sent me! I couldn't believe my eyes! It's discrimination what they said and I told them it was, that they cannot terminate an account like that not telling the person, ignoring questions deflecting and generic email reply. They obviously do this to so many people, then blame it on their "3rd party" the people that pay them to do surveys. Shame on them all. I was flabbergasted. Don't waste your time, they'll hold your rewards and terminate your account. It's a waste of time which is money. I wish I never went with their service as they now have my data. They said as a "special exemption" they'll give me only $30 of my $36 on a e-gift card. I cannot believe the audacity...
Don't waste your precious time! Long arduous surveys that DO NOT reward you fairly. Huge scam. Avoid
Horrible site- don’t join ! They kicked me off for some kind of inconsistency in my answers . Never notified me . I contacted customer service when I tried to redeem a $10. Gift card which took me so long to earn . They replied we don’t have to inform you when you get terminated . They owe me that $10 !!!!!!
Excellent nice app ill give this a five start with
REWARDS NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE – Sometimes you have to wait for rewards vouchers to be available.
Something's not right – I've been using Ipsos iSay for just over two years. At first it was good, although there were fewer opportunities to earn than with other survey sites. The company is reputable, the site is basic but well designed and advertising-free, and the surveys have generally been of a reasonably high quality. Over the past few months, it feels like the… Read more
surveys have become gradually longer and more labour-intensive for less pay. One thing I don't like about the site is it doesn't give you a clear idea of how much you'll be paid for s survey before you start it. You might click on a link that says "earn up to 200 points with this survey," but if you're screened out it may send you straight into a different survey which only offers 100 points. You don't find this out until you've completed it. I'm often shocked to complete a lengthy survey and find I've only earned a dollar.
I also found that after the updated the website late last year, I went about three weeks with no survey offers whatsoever. I enquired about this, and they simply assured me that everything was fine and gave me the usual fine print about screenouts and demographics.
The biggest problem, however, is the disappearing rewards. Sometimes you have a choice between Paypal, gift cards and donations to charity. Paypal withdrawal options are usually $20 or $50, but occasionally $10. But over the past few months, these options are seldom available. At the moment the only two options for cashing out are $5 donations to the Cancer Council or the Ipsos Foundation. I give to charity regularly, but I don't like being pressured to give directly from my earnings.
I contacted Ipsos a few months ago about this issue, and they cheerily told me certain payment options were "temporarily out of stock." How can that be? Nobody has "stock" of Paypal withdrawals. I'm dubious that they even have "stock" of virtual gift cards. That's like the company you work for telling you they can't pay you your salary this month because they're "out of stock" of bank transfers.
It's unprofessional and very strange, and given how arduous many of the surveys have been lately anyway, I'm reluctant to complete anymore in case the option to withdraw my earnings simply never comes.
Do better, Ipsos!
Not very rewarding – Takes too long too restock their shop with rewards, unlike other survey platforms were similar rewards options are always available.

awfil – scam watch out, will just waste time and effort for nothing
Not trustworthy – My experience is aligning with what some others are saying on here. I noticed the rewards options, eg. gift card, paypal, are being deleted or reduced, so decided to delete my account before I potentially waste more time. I received a couple of payments/rewards from them earlier on, you might only get as far as that, but then they'll start… Read more
removing the rewards available, so some scammy/dodgy behaviour. And if it's to do with "inconsistencies in answers" they probably don't account for people's opinions and situations changing, and sometimes the answer options available don't quite match my opinion/situation, so the answer I have to select isn't entirely accurate.
Terrible website – Where do I go to opt out of Ipsos iSay? This would have to be the worst website ever and I cannot find where to opt out. Despite clicking on the "terminate membership", it simply goes back to the front screen. There is a paragraph ... "Your participation is voluntary and you can request the deletion of your information at any time" ... but where do I go to do this, just tell me where PLEASE!!
Don't trust this company – If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They're a SCAM. I've been with this company for nearly a year and have always seem to have an issue receiving payment for panels well past the deadline, but this just may have been the last straw. The other day, I couldn't cash out my 10800+ points. For 2 weeks, I got locked out my account after noticing I… Read more
wasn't receiving surveys. The irony is that I just completed a panel on 10/9 while I was experiencing all of these issues and was told by their bogus support team today that they noticed "inconsistencies" in my responses which makes absolutely no sense. People's needs change with time. Do they even consider that? I honestly think canceling my account was their excuse of not paying me for the panel I just did. Perhaps they're bothered that I reach out too much and call them out on their crap, who knows. Their surveys are redundant and uninteresting anyways and you spend way more time than you're rewarded doing their surveys than any other company I've been a part of. Everyone that I ever referred complains about the same thing and no longer participates. Many other site reviews have said they've been known to cancel without reason and their policies even say that, BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. How can you conduct business like this and expect to get a good reputation? They need to pay me for my time and points, that's over $100 in rewards. I've reported them on BBB and my attorney general. They will not get away with this.
Dogey they just Permanently deleted my account while owing me $8 – I've been completing surveys on Ipsos for over 2 years now, but suddenly noticed I wasn't receiving any new surveys so I reached out to support. I was then told that my account had permanently deleted because they say I'd given some inconsistencies in my responses that jeopardize the survey data. After weeks & hours of completing surveys I was… Read more
only $2 away from being able to get a $10 reward & they choose now to makeup some BS to delete my acciunt & get out of paying me my rewards. Very disappointing & frustrating indeed. Also quite suspect because of the timing & the fact that I hadn't filled any information out incorrectly or inconsistently. Not impressed at all!!
Good experiences with Ipsos iSay – l found Ipsos iSay a pleasant experience and fun too. They are a marketing research company that appears to me to be legitimate and great at what they do. l am not hounded or inundated with emails or sms or too many surveys but just enough. l like doing them, takes my mind off things and the company offers good rewards, even in donations of… Read more
rewards earnt, that give back to the communities disadvantaged or unwell. l really like this about them the surveys are clear and transparent and appear confidential.
So many errors in such a short time – After signing up 24 hours ago I’ve decided this is definitely not for me. I tried to complete my first 20 minute survey, got nearly to the end when l received an error message and the survey could not be completed. I completed a report on the problem but when I tried to submit it l received another error message in such tiny script it was barely… Read more
visible. I then went to the Contact section of the website and completed a different report on the problem and attached a screenshot, but when l tried to submit that, yet another tiny error message appeared. That’s enough for me, l just don’t believe so many error messages are coincidental. An incomplete survey I’d spent 20 minutes on, and no way to report the problem.
HUGE WASTE OF TIME - Do not fall for this scam – Very dodgy company. I have been with them for a few months. They have removed majority of there rewards (gift card payment). After recently completing some surveys I tried to redeem my gift card although I never received the gift card. Absolutely shocking. DO NOT SIGN UP!
Scammers – You owe me money! I have repeatedly emailed with no response. I completed their market research (Bambino Baby Care Journal). I'm owed $50. They tried to send the redemption option through Digital Prepaid Solutions and that company is a total scam (see all the reviews online). They have not processed my digital gift card request and no one will… Read more
respond. It seems Ipsos is happy for people to do research for them but then not care about their rightful payment. They ignore you if you ask about your payment for the work you did for them.

No rewards, app won’t delete – Downloaded an app which now will not delete from my new iPhone! Tech support never available and have not helped. Also no rewards available except charity vouchers - one for their own ‘Foundation’. What a joke! They said new gift cards would be available in 6 weeks. Each survey takes about 30 mins and the reward is about $2 credit. But the gift cards aren’t available anyway. Starting to think this is a real scam.
1.0 is too good!!!!! – I agree with Paul. Have been waiting over 4 weeks for better rewards than Uber, which I don't use. I wonder if they are really coming. Waste of time doing their reviews if nothing comes of it. Why can't they offer cash out to Paypal, at least, which some other companies do.
Where are the rewards – The only reward available from this company are Uber vouchers. When asked when will the better Wish Gift Card, Dan Murphys Card and other will be offered again the only response is 4 weeks. For a company that offers rewards for doing surveys this is terrible.
Can't give 0 stars to this Data theft group – Its a survey group who does not want an educated response! Have been a panelist for this group for quite some time. Have noticed a steady decline in its surveys and subsequent rewards. The screening process has become a joke, which begs the question, are the groups involved just scamming for information and then being cheap by not paying the… Read more
pittance for corporate information. All indicators point yes. Lately the surveys have been of poor path logic, considerable load times, if it loads at all and of course the famous you have completed the survey but were screened out at the 100% point. If you can contact them, like many of you here have, you get an automated response and no resolution. Attempted a survey several times, giving modified answers to see how far I could get, screened out every time at the same point. All 3 options used. As of today, after saving up close to cashing out again, I have had my account de-registered, due to my leaving comments in what could be considered an entrapment topic for those who are not sheep.
Thought you wanted honesty?
Thought you wanted educated opinions that are considered and thoughtful?
If you have read this far, I suggest staying away from them. You will do more work than what is remunerated and then they will skip out on the payment. This MBA holder has had enough and has been contacted direct by several of the survey groups for this input.
Update. Have persisted with this group when it was announced they where changing their format..... Sorry, just reducing the rewards, increasing survey length and where you can spend your long awaited rewards. I've had people prosecuted for less false advertising than this
