Stay away from this scam. Even when you terminate and unsubscribe, your subscription you will still be charged monthly. I do not have an account with them anymore, but a monthly subscription is still charging my account.
I didn’t mind paying for something of value—but this wasn't it. The IQ test was weak, the results were vague, and the charge felt like a scam. It’s disappointing that this kind of dishonesty still exists on the web. Don’t waste your time or your money.
Looks like I am not the only one who got scammed. Their ad showed up on my Facebook feed and I decided to have a look. The charge for the test result of an IQ test was only a small fee so I didn't mind (1.98USD). Despite making sure all the boxes relating to subscriptions, etc, were unticked to my surprise I saw a charge for 28.80USD on my PayPal… Read more
today. Because I dared to inform PayPal of the fraudulent charge they have now passed the ball entirely to PayPal refusing to refund the money they took without my permission. Facebook are still running their ads as though they are a legitimate business. There is an option to report for scam/fraud but it doesn't allow anywhere to explain why they are a scam so FB probably wouldn't even investigate further. Very angry that I've had this money taken from me.

Paypal needs to crack down on the scams perpetrated by company and also fix its procedures so that no unauthorized transactions from any company are permitted. One day, I clicked on a FB link and spent a few minutes doing one of their tests, then thought it would be interesting to see the results, even if this meant paying a small fee via… Read more
Paypal. Obviously, I didn't agree to download any books or pay for a subscription. They probably offered a free 7-day trial. Four days later I received login details for what I thought was the free trial, and then 4 days later (before I'd even got round to logging in to the account), Paypal alerted me to the fact that I'd been charged US$28.80. I immediately requested a refund, but only US$18.00 was refunded. I therefore opened a Paypal case to recover the remaining money, and also complained to support@iqbrain.app They said since I'd opened a PayPal case, it would take 30 days to get my refund.
I checked them out on Trustpilot, and noted that a lot of people had been charged for a book download. Sure enough, I logged onto Paypal and indeed saw an unauthorized transaction for UD$10.80 a book download. So I asked for a refund of that, only to receive US$10.00 back, the difference being their processing fee.
My next email asked for the return of all monies paid, which they did, although I lost about 80c on the currency transactions. I therefore opened a Paypal case for the original small fee I'd paid for the test results because they had scammed me with their unauthorized transactions. I received that refund within a couple of hours.
Interestingly, the Trustpilot scores are mixed - those who used the product thought it was OK, but at least as many ended up being scammed. I've no idea how Paypal allowed those unauthorized transactions, but at least all my money was returned and I ended up paying only 80c for what I assume are worthless test results.
We all need to work together and ensure that scammers are never rewarded for their unscrupulous behavior. Pay by Paypal so that you can open a case and get a full refund if scammed. And also urge Paypal to make sure all transactions are authorized.

They made it look like a free quiz. No mention of a cost until the very last second, when you're locked in and billed. I felt tricked and powerless. This is exactly the kind of behavior that makes people distrust anything online.
There’s no excuse for what IQ Brain is doing. They play a psychological game—get your curiosity, ask some trivial questions, then ambush you with an expensive subscription. That’s not a business model, it’s a scam strategy dressed as a test.
I tried contacting their customer service three times. I got one automated response and then... nothing. No follow-up, no refund, no real person to talk to. They just take your money and vanish. This company does not stand behind its service.
The IQ test itself was uninspiring. But the real insult came after, when they charged me €49.99 just to see results that told me nothing useful. You’d expect some kind of insight or feedback, but no—it’s all fluff behind a paywall.
I clicked on an ad for IQ Brain out of curiosity, expecting a quick quiz. Instead, I ended up billed for something I never authorized. No transparency, no proper explanation. Just another tech product built around misleading users into paying.
This is one of those websites that looks professional enough to fool you—until you realize they’ve taken your money without real consent. The test is basic, the results meaningless, and the billing practices unethical. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
I should’ve known better than to trust a site like IQ Brain. I figured it would be fun, maybe even insightful. Instead, I got charged without warning, and the results were laughably generic. It's just a trap with a shiny UI. Lesson learned the hard way.
I thought I was paying once, but apparently, I had unknowingly agreed to a recurring subscription. What’s worse? There's no confirmation screen or warning. I only noticed it after checking my bank statement weeks later. Sneaky doesn’t even begin to describe it.

The whole experience was shady from the first click. They lure you in with a seemingly simple IQ test, only to spring a hidden fee on you after you've submitted your answers. There was no clear disclosure—just a trap. They bank on you not reading the fine print.
I don’t use the word “malicious” lightly, but IQ Brain earns it. The site is designed with one goal: to take your money and avoid accountability. From the test layout to the hidden subscription, everything feels calculated to trick you. Shame on them.
This isn’t some accidental oversight. It’s a business model built on deceptive practices. They guide you into a payment funnel so subtly that you don’t realize it until your card is charged. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate.
I expected IQ Brain to be professional, honest, and intelligent. What I got was a cheap quiz and an expensive surprise. They mislead you at every step and hide behind vague terms and lifeless support bots. This isn’t a test platform—it’s a trap.
Even after I canceled, I kept getting billed. How is that even allowed? I contacted support (again), and they pretended like nothing was wrong. The whole thing reeks of scam. It’s easier to cancel a gym membership than this mess.
I took the test expecting some sort of intellectual challenge. Instead, it felt like something made for kids. And then came the shock: an unauthorized payment. If this is supposed to be educational, I learned only one thing—don’t trust flashy IQ websites.
The interface is polished, but don’t be fooled—IQ Brain is a well-disguised money sink. Everything is structured to lead you into a subscription you didn’t agree to. It’s more about psychology than intelligence—and how to manipulate yours for profit.
I went through every menu, setting, and email link trying to find a way to cancel—nothing worked. They clearly designed it to keep you locked in and charging. It’s manipulative and downright unethical. I had to cancel my bank card to make it stop.
I emailed them four times and still haven’t received a single useful response. Their so-called help center is a joke. It’s clearly just smoke and mirrors so they can keep your money without consequence. I’ve never felt more ignored by a company.

This company thrives on people not reading the fine print. You won’t know you’re paying until it’s too late. The moment I clicked “view results,” I was charged. And refund? Forget it. The system is rigged against you. They know exactly what they're doing.
Signing up for IQ Brain felt harmless—until they charged me out of nowhere. I never agreed to a monthly fee. It’s now impossible to trust platforms like this. All I wanted was a fun test. Instead, I got financial stress and unanswered emails.
I tried to cancel before the trial ended, but they had already charged me. And then, surprise: another charge the next month! I had to call my bank to block them. It’s exhausting to deal with this level of dishonesty. Learn from my mistake.
I genuinely can’t believe I paid for this. The test questions were borderline ridiculous, and the analysis of my results looked like it was written by an AI trained on fortune cookies. There’s nothing premium about this site, except maybe how well it hides the cost.
With a name like IQ Brain, I expected an insightful or at least challenging experience. Instead, I got charged before I could even view anything substantial. The results were vague, the questions laughable, and the entire process felt like a scam from the first click.
There’s nothing of value on this platform—just an IQ test that looks like it was made in 2005 and an expensive bill that comes out of nowhere. I paid for something I didn’t even want. That’s not a mistake, that’s a business model based on deception.
I looked everywhere on their site to cancel the subscription, but there’s no clear path. It’s almost like they want to keep you confused and frustrated until you give up. Eventually, I had to cancel my card just to stop the charges. That says it all.
I trusted IQ Brain because it looked sleek and professional. That was my mistake. They charged my card without any clear authorization. I contacted support, only to be brushed off with robotic responses. This wasn’t a test—it was a lesson in being scammed.
