function runs through completely and if you stop it mid-way. They then dig into your back painfully making it impossible to sit in the chair. I then have to turn it on and put it into a massage setting and then turn it off to try and get it to return to the bottom. Often I have to repeat this multiple times to get it to return to the correct position. It has been this way since purchase and I have found myself purposely not using the massage settings at all. I've now ordered a much cheaper chair through Amazon. The seat rest by itself is not particularly comfortable and I find myself using a pillow behind my back, although it comes with an additional back rest pillow and a head rest velcro attachment. The arm rests are mesh and can be uncomfortable on bare elbows, but this could be a desk height mismatch and a personal preference. The recline on the chair is great and the foot rest is easy to use. Assembly was fairly straightforward. I can't really notice the heat setting, which seems to only be usable with a massage function going too. My old Sunbeam heating pad works better in my opinion. There is no option to pick a heat setting or level. I did not receive any details of it being shipped and got a card in the mailbox about an attempted delivery. I have reached out to the company asking if the roller problem is unusual on June 21st and 30th 2026. My query was forwarded to another staff member from the first email and I haven't heard back from my repeat attempt to clarify how it functions.
Follow-up · Still no response from the company either from my email requesting help or as a result of this review. Happy to say the new chair from Amaxon is much better than this and felt the price. I guess it during pay to shop with a local company that won’t stand behind their products or offer customer service.

The foot massager retailed at $450, but I liked an Ogawa foot AND calf massager, which separates, so that you can massage just feet or calves. (The calf massager is reversible , so you can target calves or shins.) Worth $700, I paid the difference ($250). I had a fantastic experience at iRelax. Thank you, Jane !!!
