Personally I love a product which can last long and less hectic issues. From online research, I found that Irest has been in Australia for more than a decade so I think they are technically trustworthy for the chairs' quality. Staffs are very knowledegable and they were not pushing me by letting me trying 5 different models within hours, which makes me feel comfortable with my purchase eventually. After all supports, the girl even gave me a massage cushion as a gift after we bought the chair.

a piece of hard waste sitting in my lounge room. The internals are very cheaply made with plastic in places that should be metal. The covers are replaceable because they are made of the cheapest PU leather it won't last more than 3 years. It is tempting to buy a massage chair at this price point but it is a negative economy. You are better off avoiding Chinese made and paying a bit extra for a Japanese made product. Avoid any iRESt products their customer service is like most chinese companies, uncaring and expensive.
