Be very careful. Read a lot about this product before you think about using it.
Ottawa, January 29, 2021 - The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is warning the public not to buy and consume Isagenix brand products recalled on October 31, 2020, November 7, 2020 and November 14, 2020 due to over-fortification of vitamins
Don't use
Really poor customer services. Had no information that they would be taking money out of my account and now they are making excuses not to refund the money even though I returned the parcel over a month ago. Dont use
Extremely bad customer service.
Contacted customer service regarding single purchase. was told to subscribe only.
Great Company to deal with
This company is a pleasure to deal with, I bought one of their product which didn’t give me personally the result I wanted . So went about asking for a refund, something I have never done before with anything I have bought. So nervous about asking, They spoke English, we’re so understanding , no problems Leone we will look after that for you, and presto refund in my bank Thanking them so much for making it easy for me. Misleading MultiLevel Marketing
The products are ridiculously expensive due to the MLM and have fructose that makes you hungrier than natural whole food products of similar calories/nutrition. They also send you products you didn’t order and won’t refund you on those products.
Isagenix mix chocolate shake
I have been a customer of yours for years the chocolate shake which I haven’t had for awhile is foul…..What have you done to it?
Don't speak bad about the cult
My ex is brainwashed completely
By the carcinogenix cult. Boxes of the crap was laying around everywhere, way more was coming than going out. She had gastric sleeve survey then conned people by attributing weight loss to isagenix. The crap cost me my relationship and kids. Stay away from unqualified nutritionist constants living in bundy
Protein shakes in general- isagenix
In regards to isagenix .definately look at the sugar levels of any product to see if it’s right for you… isagenix is indeed expensive. If you want to save money buy off Facebook market places like isa buy n sell . Or just marketplace in fbook itself. You do have to drink plenty of water with any protein shake to stop you getting constioated and you can help yourself by haveing a fibre supplement or by eating something in your plan main meal such as
A high fibre low carb high protein meal or a probiotic which will help overall with any weight l
Great Value and the Best Shake on the Market
I have been a customer of the Isagenix products for 10 years. I have the Shakes and the New Collagen Elixir is brilliant.
For under $5 per shake delivered this is enormous value. We save money by consuming the Meal Replacement shakes. I also love their natural energy drinks and healthy chocolate.
Highly Recommended. Isagenix products are very popular amongst my friends in the fitness industry as the ingredients are full of integrity. Family Owned and Run Company.

Awful and biggest waste of money and time
It was awful. So freaking expensive and it does not work because it's not realistic. They want you to not eat from Sunday to Wednesday every week! Don't fall for it
Expensive
Like all MLM products I imagine that the majority of the 5 star reviews are from independent distributors of the brand. As as consumer the products are expensive (even though I get distributor prices, I signed up to the get the product cheaper but I don't actually promote or sell the 'system', I just use the products for myself). I actually signed up under an American lady before the product was even in Australia so that was well over a decade ago! Initially I just started with the protein power to supplement my diet as I was vegetarian. I've
... Read moretried all the flavours but they are all yuck apart from choc and the seasonal banana. I do like the shakes and how they make me feel after drinking them, however I don't have them every day. The 30 day cleanse isn't fun, good luck to those who can stick to it but be mindful that anyone will lose weight if they restrict calories and fast, you don't' need this program for that. I love the BEA energy drinks but the cost is highway robbery and I think they were giving me a stomach ache anyway.Over priced products and hard to cancel
Isagenix are over priced products and personally do not see any benefits from trying them. When you sign up you go onto auto ship, so they keep sending you products and charging you. This is hard to cancel as you just cant yourself, you need to contact them. Would highly suggest no signing up to this. they lock you in and seem to pay for allot but get minimal. I am in the process of trying to cancel and delete my account.

Buyer Beware
I was an isagenix brand distributor. I loved the products at first until I started developing terrible acid reflux. I continued to take them (collagen elixir & isalean) thinking it couldn't be that. It got so bad it was painful. So I was told to stop all supplements and just add one thing back at a time. I did that. The acid reflux went away until I added the isagenix back in my daily regimine. I stopped taking the products and it went away after a couple of weeks. My mom experienced the same issues. I would recommend that you be careful. In hindsight, There are a lot of bad ingredients in the isalean that can cause stomach issues. Buyer Beware.
Failure of customer service
For the past 10+ years I’ve been using isagenix products with little issues.
My last order was charged to my CC prior to my delivery which usually never happens. After a week and a few tracking emails it showed my package would arrive in another 10 days. For the past 10 years all my deliveries were in a matter of a few days.
I stopped payment on my CC and called isagenix support.
They apologized and offered to send me a replacement at no charge for my inconvenience! I agreed, however it was already 2 weeks and I purchased similar products el
Pyramid scheme mis-information spreaders
I was befriended at the gym by a lady who then started telling me all about her "nutrition" programme and asked for my contact details to send me as she would love to share her knowledge.. Of course it was scam to try and get me to sign up to Isagenix. Once you sign up they try to convince you to get all your friends to buy it. Of course I didn't fall for it, but I can see the people who are selling these products also seem to be spreading alot of mis-information about covid and vaccines, obviously that doesn't fit in with their "nutrition and wellness facade".. Anyone who signs up good-luck you have been scammed.
Questions & Answers
Hello Everyone ! Reading all these troubling reviews makes me concerned. Has anyone used RECHARGE NAD ? Any feedback?
I just received it today but it was recommended by my doctor but I’m sure she gets a kickback for it now.
I see they have a new formula for the Natural Accelerator. How does it compare in efficacy to the old formula with chromium and green tea extract, etc.? Thanks!
I have a few canisters of the Daily life cleanse still sealed and expiration next year... However when I opened one it was clumped together and hard. Is it still good or should I throw it out?
Thank you
Throw out and never get Isagenix again. It's terrible for the human body. They add ingredients that cause cancer and stripping of essential nutrients in the body
That is quite a statement. Do you have specifics to back up this claim? I'm concerned now that I had been on the system for a year or more a few years ago...
