First time purchasing and am quite amazed on the speed of having the items picked and delivered interstate. The crimps I wanted were available locally but they were far cheaper via IT Shopping. Lowest price, great personal service – Ordered an speaker set. This was the lowest price and the website looked a bit clunky. Placed the order and was contacted by Richard to confirm the product sutured me needs. On Easter Saturday holiday. Received the good in country WA on Wednesday. Watch out...No contact fr email, mobile and work no – I tried to buy a computer from this web. I had paid the money online and tried to contact this company via office no, mobile and email but failed for days. Only found that my money gone back to my account a few days later. I was worried if my money was going to be alright. No explanation was given to me. Poor service and bad communication.

organise a full refund for you. Well i was disappointed to say the least, then i received another email stating...I actually changed my mind….I will lose money on this order however I have to fix this on my website. I will honour the order and call you tomorrow morning. Hmm so all is good again, i thought!! then we received a phonecall from Singapore at 8.30am Australian morning! He told us he could not sell us the monitor as the product had "Gone up"!! in price and we would recieve a refund.

Then recieved a third email stating ....So sorry to do this but now also the price has changed and I can’t wear that loss.

I have to organise a full refund now.

So anyone who is about to purchase from this site/person, REMEMBER they can cancel your purchase even when the product price goes up after you purchase it!!! so all the prices you see on the site i guess are not set in stone like other shops. The shop owner changed the price from $703.00 to $750.00 after i had purchased it, i really don't think that is right. Especially as i had emailed the seller before purchase to check the availability of item and his reply was ...sorry for my late reply but had to fly overseas today....there is stock for $704.60 inc and shipping to postcode would be $40.00 inc. only to be changed the next day!!
