Don’t buy it. Firstly the website ordered more items than I intended to buy. It seems to have ambiguous content and does not direct you to a check out cart so you don’t know the total cost or number of units you have ordered. I ended up with four units. I tried contacting customer service directly after the purchase to modify the order. Within two hours. They refused to change the order and said it had been shipped already. I had to ask them how many units I have on the order since my PayPal account showed more cost than anticipated. They did not answer me this question. I had to wait till the order arrived.

Secondly it is in US dollars and this is not expressly stated. So be aware if you are in Australia it will cost more.

Thirdly it IS NOT a tracker. You cannot trace it in real time on a map. It is a Bluetooth device. It sends and alerts when it is out of range of your phone. It is basically a find your keys device. Advertising about tracing your luggage etc is misleading.

Thirdly the app is mostly in Chinese and extremely basic and user unfriendly. It does not even fit the screen of my phone correctly.

I basically got tricked into wasting $240 AUD for four Bluetooth key finders that you cannot track.

Overall a terrible buying experience. Avoid them.

Do NOT buy this product. This is NOT a true GPS tracker. It seems to only function as a Bluetooth device, and even then it disconnects randomly while sitting right beside my phone. When it goes out of Bluetooth range it beeps 20 times, which makes it completely unsuitable for airline luggage in my opinion. I originally placed an order for ONE unit only. I later discovered my order was adjusted to add another FOUR more units which I did not knowingly authorise. The entire experience ended up costing me a bomb.

The company also does not tell you where to get the app required to use the product. I had to contact their customer service directly to get that. I did find an “iTagPro” app, but the version I located was entirely in Chinese.

Overall, this product did not perform as advertised and was nothing like the GPS luggage tracker I believed I was purchasing.

If you want actual GPS tracking, an iTagPro will not do the job. Go to JB Hi-Fi and buy a Tile instead.

The itagpro devices do not do as advertised on the Web site https://get-itagpro.com. They only connect to your phones Bluetooth and then beep a lot when out of range of the phone. There is no gps tracking, or location history by gps, even the app that Web site says that you use is incorrect. The on off button fell off mine within 30 seconds of opening. Stay away they are cheap imitations that aren't cheap to buy.
