Bought a twin tube a few months ago from SCA. Tried several times but the mix did not set. Was refunded by SCA. Years ago this was the best product I could find.
This Epoxy works flawlessly – Jb Weld makes the best Epoxy for what ever your fixing. This is the best plastic epoxy made the price is great and it is as good as 3m. ty
Don't waste your money on there products – I wouldn't recommend buying any of there products ever,I've bought a few items from this company and I can only say it's rubbish your wasting your money, like they used to be really good not now, China products are way better now buyers beware
JB weld – Thought I was buying a 2 part glue to stick a plastic item that broke on me waste of $15 odd bucks did not do the job disappointed have to look around for product that actually states what it can do.
This is Crap! They are having a lend. You'd be better off using peanut butter – These guys are selling stuff that simply does not work. I've never used a two-part epoxy as bad as this. In fact I've never used a two-part epoxy that didn't work...until now. How do they get away with it? You mix it, apply it and nothing happens. Don't buy it. It will ruin your day and any project you are working on. I complained and they said… Read more
I had gotten a bad batch. They sent me two new versions. They were the same. Dreadful! Just the same as the first one. These guys are having a lend.
Avoid.
JB Weld Twin Tube not suitable for any line under high pressure – I would not recommend JB Weld as a repair for a high pressure wand. I looked at the advertisement for JB Weld which indicated it would hold over 3000 PSI. The high pressure Washer has a capacity of 1860 PSI. The Wand had a break out in the plastic tube on the (wand) I had two attempts using the Weld but on each occasion the pressure blew off… Read more
the weld. This product is obviously not used for repair to pressure lines or wands. My purchase from Repco (on line) was only a week ago, if my local hardware stocked this product I could easily seek a refund but in this case my loss.
Don't waste time or money – I've worked in the automotive industry my whole life and restore cars for a living. I recently tried this product over over brands with JB stating they have the strongest product but surprise surprise it isn't. Knowing how to prep all types of products in my line of work my preparation was perfect and still this glue would not stick to the plastic… Read more
side of a metal to plastic repair as it cracked off within the fourth use. I don't recommend this product and to be honest most other two part epoxies aren't much better.
Sounds great but doesn’t work – I cracked my radiator on the plastic but at the top so I thought just for the time being I’ll temporarily fix it reseal it up, so went to Repco and they recommended JB Weld kit comes with 2 bags of glue (weld), sand paper brush and a piece of fibreglass all. Good,,,,,, not cheap $37,,, followed the instructions and you have to put the to bags… Read more
together by pushing one side to the other, did that and when I opened the bag to paint it on it went rock solid within about 2 seconds and also the bag was so hot it burnt my hand, there was no warning on the pack about how hot this bag will get,, so all in all completely useless with a burnt hand to boot, I just hope Repco will refund me, I don’t like writing bad reviews but this product is a serious safety risk,,, don’t waste your money
JB Weld Strongest Glue – Brought a number of these glue packets after reading their advertising. Claims to be the world strongest glue and glue anything. Doesn't glue plastic, PVC and wood, main things in our everyday life. This product isn't cheap either, some places her in Australia sell it for $28 for the twin pack. We followed the instructions to the letter… Read more
glueing plastic and PVC, all the joints separated or just parted.
Unlikely a bad batch as suggested because we brought Online and a number of retail outlets.
