Bad – i bought one - stopped using it after a month - and wouldn't buy one again! It functions VERY WELL - but it was terribly uncomfortable - and that's an important factor in choosing a headset that's going to sit on your ear for several hours a day! great voice clarity, great microphone quality (the person on the other end of the phone doesn't know i'm using my bluetooth which is the way i like it). This Bluetooth has a little 'rubber nozel' that actually protrudes into the ear rather than just sitting next to the ear which means you hear the sounds much more clearly and don't need to press the unit up against the ear during calls. that 'rubber nozel' that sits in your ear irritated my ear to the point where i had to cease using it within 30 minutes of wearing it each time. The vibrating headset is a gimmick which you don't need - i find it quite disconcerting actually. and last of all - this unit is actually quite overly large heavy compared to other headsets on the market- i'm sure this is to support the long, long battery life and vibrate function - but i'd rather a smaller gadget that just needed to be charged for often!

Good – I have the BT250 without the vibrating function and have found it excellent! It is slightly lighter than the V, but that is why I did not go for the vibrating model. Due to the design, they are not suitable for everyones ear, so I would recommend trying one on before you buy. But don't let this stop you! I find it to be an excellent fit, and is quite comfortable once you get used to it!

The battery life is outstanding!!! I sometimes forget to charge it cause it can last > a week! Battery life doe not fit everyone's ear
