Poor battery life – I purchased this April 2017 for $140 & the battery life was no where near what was listed in the manual. I contacted Jabra thinking it was faulty, we went back & forth till eventually I replaced it in December. The new one I received was no better, max battery life is 2 hours but it doesn't last that long, after 30min of talking, you are… Read more
prompted to recharge the battery. Not worth it & I wouldn't buy another Jabra product again, very disappointed & I will definitely check reviews next time.
Piece of crap!!! – Don't waste your money. This ear piece cost me over $120.00. No, battery life, no volume control and no on/off switch. Biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Every time I turn it on, even after charging all day, I only get 1-1/2 hours of battery life. This is PATHETIC!!! The only thing good about it is that it is comfortable. But that's not worth $120.00. Maybe $20.00 would be more reasonable.
Not practical design – 1. Use touch button on a tiny device is a big mistake. Not only that hard to tell the button is pressed or not, it often activate google now accidentally whenever you touching or NOT touching the headset. it back, the call disconnected because the touch button to easy to activate.
3. No power button to turn off, that mean the battery will be consumed in couple days, if you don't connect it to power all the time, you will often end up with low power while talking.
A totally fail design.
