Works but voice control useless – The Jabra Tour is a mixed bag. On the plus side it is compact, well-designed and has good battery life. Another nice feature is that it automatically connects when you get in the car (auto on-off). However there are a couple of annoying things too. The sound quality is poor and the voice recognition doesn't work. You can get around that when… Read more

answering calls by setting your phone to auto accept incoming calls. Unless you get it at a reduced price it's not worth buying.

Poor Audio Quality – At first the device seems good, I can connect both of my phones at once, however when making a call or receiving one the other person is unable to hear me properly due to the audio cutting out despite my phone being within a metre of the device.

Jabra Tour – Jabra Tour is a very basic hands free kit. It has poor reception and keeps cutting out. Also if in the house the Jabra hands free in the car still picks up the blue tooth on my mobile phone, so have to disconnect when arrive home each day. A bit painful having to turn off the blue tooth on my mobile phone each day when arriving home, otherwise have to run to the car each time I receive a call.

Excellent – I already own the Jabra bluetooth sports earphones and love them, so decided to stick to this brand and have not been disappointed. One of the great things about Jabra is that their products all feature voice information. So you will hear your product 'say' 'connected' or 'disconnected' or whatever it is that they're meant to be doing. This… Read more

removes all the usual frustrating guesswork when trying to decipher electronics. Does one beep mean connected or not? What about the long beep? And was that a long beep or a short beep? Not being versed in morse code, it sometimes got confusing.

Now to the performance. Crystal clear sound - from both sides. Voice activated commands (provided you have android or siri). And it plays back media from your phone.

Really easy to pair and connect too. Plus it also connects (and of course tells you it's connected) automatically once you're within range.

Another big plus is the fact that it uses motion sensors to automatically power off or on.

Oh, and I don't have any affiliation with the company. Just a very happy user.

Keeps connecting then disconnecting – It's so frustrating. When I get in the car it sometimes connects and says "connected"...then sometimes within minutes it says "disconnected", then it might say "power off", then sometimes it says "disconnected"....I get so frustrated with it I switch it off....then when I get a call I turn it back on. Sometimes it will work but mostly not!

Sometimes useful – Purchased the Jabra Tour to pair up with iPhone 4s. Voice control technology still has a long way to go as have not been able to activate outgoing calls with this device. The only way to make calls is manually via the iPhone screen and then all is good..speaker clarity is very good. Receiving calls with the voice control is hit and miss...not… Read more

sure why it understands my voice command to "answer" call and then the next occasion it doesn't. I have reset the device several times to improve function without success. The last Bluetooth device I owned was a Jabra headpiece several years ago and worked well for a while.

I bought the Jabra Tour to make the occasional outgoing call and to receive calls while commuting to and from work. At $100, it is certainly cheaper than risk a traffic fine for using mobile phone while driving. Speaker clarity. Very good battery life. Solid unit with metal clip. Voice control
