Anti-rust treatment left my 4WD a stinking, toxic, messy health hazard – My new 4WD was booked in for a rust preventative under-body treatment. smelly mess of smeared under-body chemicals. To make matters worse, they had not even fully treated under the vehicle. The vehicle stank for over a week and continues to stink, even 3 weeks later. There is a deep scratch in the exhaust pipe that was not there before they touched my car, right next to a chassis lifting point, so who knows what damage has been caused there.
The vehicle was returned to them and they treated the parts they missed the first time, but failed to remove all the over spray and have left it still messy and disgusting. The mud flaps had to be replaced because of the mess they created. And their removal attempts have left parts of the 4WD damaged.
In my opinion, this company cares nothing about its customers and I would not recommend them to anybody. I do not believe their claim of having "qualified technicians" for rustproofing applications. (source: https://jackbeedham.com.au/pages/4wd-enhancements )
I am considering my options regarding this company. I would have given them ZERO stars if were possible.
Never go there again – Had a part replaced on our car but jack beedhams installed it incorrectly. Thay said it was a dodgy part and was audi fault they still changed us in full. Then we took it to audi and the looked at it and said the part good and was not installed correctly so they installed it the right way we payed again. confront then about there dodgy work they said and did nothing to make up for there mistake and wouldn't give any kind of refund we will never go there again ripping off young family is on ok jack beedhams
Don’t go there – The last time I was there.. I went to get to my aircon system fixed.. then a week or two later it crapped out again and when I called them about it.. they said that I could bring it back to fix the problem (again) and not just that I had to pay them (again) I decided not to go back (again) lol. Yeah definitely not a happy customer!

recommended them to me. As per his experience, I was quoted a price which was even better than honoured - it was less. The work required was less than we all thought, and so they only charged me for it, as you would hope a business would! The job was faultless and no nasty surprises at the cash register. Perfect!
